Great experience!!! Initially, we were misguided as to what was ordered for us. Instead of getting an entire window replacement only the glass was ordered. However, this company went out of its way. Came out to our house only within a few day and put in the glass in the the frame on the spot. They were quick and professional. I have all of my windows in the house from Milgard and highly recommend them. Even though initially there was an issue it was resolved and we are highly satisfied with the service. On top of everything, we got a discount for our trouble which we highly appreciated. Amazing!!! November 11, 2013
10 yr window replacement The service guys call and notified me that they were on the way 20 minutes prior. They changed out 5 pieces of glass under warranty. They were prompt, quick, efficient and completed within 45 minutes. November 11, 2013
Amazing quality that they fully stand behind and fix when necessary. We have a 3 year old new infill construction home with all Milgard windows, they work beautifully but twice now one of the big window panes argon seals have broken. With a quick call to Milgard they have taken my word for the need for replacement and scheduled a crew to come out and replace the pane. The replaceents look just like new, no funky fitting or anything. You can't tell they have been fixed. Everyone has been the untmost in professional in their dealings with us. We so appreciate working with Milgard quality and integrity. It's totally worth any extra money upfront to receive this service. Thanks, November 11, 2013

Lack of information - poor communication skills The gentleman that came out had a hard time finding my address and when I tried to help him, he was a bit hard to understand. No paperwork left behind - I learned on my own that I needed to request it. When I received it, it was a copy of an internal work order; again, I had to ask to get it translated into "layman" terms. Happy with the fact there is a warranty, but not impressed or satisfied with the lack of communication, poor customer service and me having to follow up and request things I feel are very common practice. Service was good. Our service reps were very nice and seemed genuine in their desire to make us happy. We were not, however, told until the day before the service that we had to remove all the window coverings. Of course, it makes sense, but it would have been nice to know earlier than that. Also, all of the windows were not swapped out as originally planned. We were told that the problem was with our window cleaners and not the windows. In the end, they swapped out 3 of the 4 windows, I've had to pay to have the windows cleaned again and have the window covering people come out to rehang the treatments. November 10, 2013
Bob and our tech were fabulous! Bob gave us a 4 hour window for the service tech to arrive. Because of my work schedule I pressed for the exact time. When I got home the tech had come and left. When I called the tech, he knew he would be in our area the next morning. He was already back in Oregon so our scheduled day was not possible. So he started his day earlier the following day and got our windows replaced and could still arrive at his scheduled appt on time. Absolutely fabulous service. It was not the service techs fault the windows were not replaced the first day, but mine. I was warned that Techs try to stick to their schedule, but their workday fluctuates with how quickly they can get their work done. I knew there was a possibility I would miss him. Poorly manufactured French Doors After months from original oder with Redwood Glass (Petaluma, CA) and three (3) left side French Door installations, we are finally able to properly open, close and lock our Great Room. F Doors #1 and #2 were improperly manufactured which frustrated my wife and I, our contractor and your representive / installer. Finally, yesterday, 11/8/13 we are able to do so! We very much like our: a) transoms (3) mstrbdrm slider (1) and GR picture window (1). Your Sonoma/Marin installer/representative was punctual, courteous, competent, cordial and efficient. To doubt his assessment of the problem as if he or our our contractor were responsible for the delay would be the final insult to solving this long overdue problem. November 9, 2013

Truly remarkable! I am thrilled with the service and installation of my Milgard windows. A few of my windows had "clouded" up after 20 years. I simply called Milgard, they sent out a repair man he measured all the windows that were questionable and they replaced them! No Charge and No questions asked. November 8, 2013

Excellent Service! My 15+ year old patio door wasn't sliding its best. The goal of the technician was very obvious to make the door operate the best possible. The technician, Sergey, was clean, polite and well trained. I can't remember the last time, if ever!, the door operated this smoothly and quietly when he was finished. This service was very unsatisfactory! 3 windows not repaired Two previous service calls regarding similar issues were repaired immediately.The repairman sent to repair three windows with the same spring etc. would not commence work until the shutters and frames were removed. The cost to remove shutters and reinstall and touch up paint would be costly. Why are we and so many of our neighbors having these problems? Could this be a manufacurer and design defect? Jeff figured out why our slider leaks We have had MIlgard out a few times over the 19 years that we have had our windows. Jeff was the one who figured out why our door leaked and gave us a way to fix it. Wish Jeff would of come out years ago. His expertise was GREATLY appreciated. November 8, 2013

Took three tries but got it right. When we replaced our windows 2 of the units were damaged. One (almost) quarter round took 3 visits to get the correct size replacement unit installed. Alex came on the last two visits and created and installed a templated unit. He was extremely professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. November 7, 2013
