Great experience After 24 years since installation I was totally surprised to find that my windows were still under warantee.That is next to unheard of in todays business world. A professional tech arrived to measure my windows and told me that he would be back in 2 weeks with replacements.True to his word,2 weeks later we had new inserts in place. We "stumbled" It took at least three weeks to schedule the service date, which was a failure because the parts were ordered incorrectly. I have always been a happy milguard customer since Jan 2005 I had purchased a set of 6 windows / doors back in Jan 2005 for my existing home. I told my installers to perform a new install ( not retrofit ). After the installation was complete, I noticed a minor leak in my living room window. Milgard fixed the leak. No issue since then. I have completed a new home addition project in May-2013. I again ordered set of 6 windows / doors from milgard. My 4 panel french door was a bit hard to close and also the screen door for the 4 panel french door was hard to install. Milgard folks came and fixed it. Great job. Rajesh. June 12, 2013
Great customer service! Gas failed in my 10 year old sliding glass door. Milgard knew the exact size, backed up their warranty and promptly replaced it with no hassle! Great Experience!!!! My window pane broke after about 5 years. I called to get service, and was expecting it to be a nightmare. Boy was I surprised!!! The phone Service rep - Shelia, as well at the Service Tech- Ramon were awesome. They both were very helpful and courteous. Shelia set up my appointment quickly and Ramon did the install a a new pane of glass in under 15 minutes. Overall a great experience and I am glad all of the rest of my windows are Milgard as well. I was not hoime at the time. The technicalwindow replacements seem to be fine However, the windows were left dirty: smudges, hand marks and glass suction cup marks. Not too pleased with that! June 12, 2013

Shawn from service was professional and quick. The only problem was that I was told I would receive a phone call a few days prior to my appointment so I would have a time frame to expect the service technician and I did not receive that phone call. Excellent Customer Service - Way To Go Milgard! I initially contacted Milgard through their warranty claim process on line in May 2013. I did this after having a local glass shop give me a quote to replace a broken window pane. Through that process, I learned that Milgard has a lifetime warranty on the windows in my house. As it turned out, my windows do not have the lifetime glass breakage warranty, but I wanted to have Milgard come out regardless as I had a couple minor issue with two other windows as well. In corresponding with Alison C. in Oregon, she offered that Milgard would replace my broken pane as well, free of charge. An outstanding offer. A couple weeks later I was called about an hour ahead of time and I met John M. of Milgard at my house. As it turns out, John and I had worked together in another part of the state over twenty years ago. John repaired the problems I had with 3 windows in under an hour and had all the parts (including a replacement pane and a frame) to fix the issues right then and there. I am very pleased with Milgard’s warranty process and the excellent customer service I received. I have no hesitation in recommending Milgard. Pete C. in Oregon June 11, 2013

Service mostly great I was very pleased with the service up until time for the repairmen to be here. They came as scheduled, but left a note on the door. We were home, but we live next door to the cottage...RIGHT next door. We rarely miss anyone who comes up the drive, but managed to miss these guys. They called our home phone number while here in the driveway. We picked up the phone, but no one was on the line. Seemed like they were in a hurry to get out of here. I called the main office who communicated with the workmen that we were at home. They did return and do the work later the same day they were scheduled.. They were not particulary friendly or informative, but they did a good job. Will definitely recommend milgard. June 11, 2013
