Quick and Easy! The installer came a half hour before the scheduled time, which worked out great for me. He even offered to wait until the actual scheduled time which was very considerate, although not necessary. He was very professional and kind. Milgard stands behind its windows After sixteen years of service a pane of my Milgard window started to collect moisture inside of it. An Email got me in touch with a customer service rep and we were able to quickly set up a time to install a replacement pane. The In home service was prompt and efficient. the whole change out took less than an hour. It is a big benefit to have originally purchased from a company like MilGard who stands behind its windows as long as you own your home. March 23, 2013

Perfection! The technician was on time and put on clean booties on entering my home. He quickly identified and fixed the problem with the windows that were causing me difficulty. He then checked the rest of the windows and made a couple additional adjustments. I appreciated the confirmation email that included his name and picture so I was confident that I was letting the correct person enter my home. From my first call to Milgard to the end of the service call, the service was superb. I would recommend MIlgard both for the qualityof the windows and the quality of the servce. March 22, 2013
I do not even want to know any other brands of windows. Milgard Tuscany will be my only choice when I choose windows. Good quality, and no warranty is better than this brand that of the Tuscany. March 22, 2013

Milgard honors their guarantee! I was so happy with my recent experience that I'm going to take the time to share it. I had 18 double paned, lowE windows put in my house 15 years ago. 3 of them had lost their seal at different times and I finally got around to having them replaced. It was so simple. Prompt and easy to work with I called Milgard as one of our windows installed seven years ago had moisture (I wasn't sure if that was the problem or not) but a very slight and only noticeable sometimes small amount of "fog". Often times calling for service to companies is painful - you go through the phone ladder, put on hold, transferred, etc, and can take forever to get something done right! But not with this experience with Milgard! A few questions were asked, my installation date was found, and an appointment was set up easily. I also received an email with confirmation time and name and picture of the service person who would be at my house. The service person was prompt and polite and took the glass out and replaced it in a matter of minutes. He also took the time to check the glass, from the outside, on the other kitchen windows that had been installed. It was a painless repair for me! And my windows look great! Thank you! March 22, 2013
Service Notes: The overall service experience was good to great. Suggestions for improvement: There was a delay in returning my phone call and I had to call a second time (3rd bus. day). Appontment schedule seemed a bit inflexible--I generally prefer earliest AM time, A 4 hour service window is somewhat long--I would prefer a 2 hour window and a call by tech if he is going to be delayed, or may re-arrange schedule if he is running early. Again good service and great people, just a couple of suggestions for improvement. March 21, 2013

Great Work... We had some windows with broken seals. They were under lifetime warranty. The replacements were ordered, and installed in just a few weeks time, even though we had one mismeasurement and live some distance away from the milgard offices. The technician was prompt, and worked quickly. He even worked out a screen issue that we have had for years. The service rep could never get me on the phone, but left very clear messages and instructions that worked great! These guys were great. I would highly recommend Milgard. March 21, 2013

Great service I very satisfied with my experience with Milgard on my warranty service call. Not many companies offer a lifetime warranty and really support their product. The technician EDGAR C was great. He was cordial, helpful and completed the job fast. I was really impresses with his service and communication prior to the call. I asked to be call 15 min before his arrival and he did call me, told me he will be there in 15 min. He was at my door in exactly 15 minutes! Thank you for great service, you have a loyal customer! 100% impressed with the service The seal failed on one of our double paned windows. The service was impeccable, all the way from the first phone call. Windows were bad, warranty process was poor; technician was great. This is my second Milgard window, and they both had warranty issues. So, the first window had a faulty track (too short, said the technician) for the window to ride on. It would tip to the side when it reached the end of the track if I hadn't moved the track far to that side. It would have been an easy fix, but we decided to go with a different color and style (Tuscany was too big in this location.) I went to a different store to get better help with ordering, and did get the help, but the new window came in wrong. We had to wait another two weeks for the correct window to come in. After installing the second window and removing the label, we discovered long scratches that ran the full length of the window. I made initial contact via the warranty email but never heard back. I tracked down a phone number and called. They never received my email. Hmmm. That's a lot of work for a problem I didn't create. I scheduled an appointment--another couple of weeks, but at least the window was in. The technician arrived on time. He said these were the worst scratches he had ever seen in their product, but he fixed it quickly and adjusted the rollers. I don't know if I will continue with Milgard as we replace the other windows in our house. This was the first window we replaced, and the experience with Milgard has been awful. March 20, 2013
Robert fixed them! Robert came over to look at my insect screens which were too big to fit on the windows. He saved everyone a lot of trouble and expense by realizing that the insect screen frames just needed a little tap with a rubber mallot to get them to be the proper size for easy insertion onto the windows. He even repaired a insect screen frame which I had bent while trying to remove it at a time when it still fit too tight. Thanks, Robert! March 20, 2013
Simply Outstanding - Customer service as it should be! Wow.... simply put I was a bit shocked at how easy the entire process was. I simply called and said "Hey this looks wrong", they said "no problem we'll come replace it, how is Friday?" They didn't make me justify the claim, send pictures or anything. The actual service tech arrived right on time and was very efficent. I am very satisfied with Milgard and I will definetly purchase from them again. March 19, 2013
