Excellent service! Milgard identified the problem with our patio door and scheduled a repair appointment. The service was excellent, the employee courteous and efficient. We have had Milgard windows and doors for eight years and this is our first repair need. better than expected As a home builder, I have dealt with numerous door and window companies. BUT- this time it was for my personal house, built by some one else. Pablo was great. He showed up early, which was great for both of us. He fixed my problem windows promptly and professionally. He even gave me tips on regular maintenance, which was really helpful. Professional service From the first call to report my problem with my patio door, through the process of replacing it, your staff was professional, and made me feel important. Edgar and Jaime, who replaced the stationary part of my sliding door, were on time and did the job in a very short amount of time. No muss, no fuss. Our Service from Milgard was excellent and very prompt, from my first call from Alison acknowledging my problem to the service tech who knew exactly what to do to fix the window. RARE SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! It is unusual to find a company so dedicated to customer service. I was impressed with everyone I spoke to. They followed up with a mail piece, an e-mail (with a photograph of the service technician that was scheduled to arrive at my house) and a phone call to remind me of the appointment. The guys arrived on time and were curtious. They fixed with window within 15 minutes and left. I don't remember ever being so impressed with all areas of a company. THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT SO EASY!!! Couldn't Be More Happy With Milgard's Service Milgard's customer service rep answered my email contact quickly, dispatched service technicians promptly, and didn't give me any issues with my warranty service call. The technicians were professional, extremely capable, and worked very quickly. There were also friendly and even cleaned the windows after they installed them. Patience required when dealing with glass We had to wait about 6 or 7 weeks to get the glass in our sliding glass door replaced, because Milgard doesn't have a service center in all of San Diego. The glass broke when a rock hit it while I was using a weed eater too close to the door. I removed almost all of the glass myself, but left a little around the edges. When the techs came, one immediately started knocking the glass out and it flew into a gravel / grass area near the door. I explained to him that my dogs walk in the area and could cut their feet on the glass. He slowed down at that point and the other tech cleaned most of the glass in the area up with a vacuum. I did spend about 15 minutes picking up little pieces of glass in the area after the techs left, but overall they did a decent job. May 17, 2013

Excellent customer support My home was built 7 years ago by a builder that used Milgard Windows. I have only owned the home 2.5 years, as it was a model home for the development. I have had some window issues and called Milgard. I was delightfully and completely shocked that they not only had my home on file, but they immediately offered to send replacement balancers at no cost to me. I viewed the video on how to install and I have been able to resolve the problem with almost no effort on my part. Unbelievable and certainly a welcome approach to excellent service! Service was excellant Jason arrived at the scheduled time, quickly identified that two of the replacement windows were the wrong size, installed two other replacement windows, ordered new ones, and was done. Replacement of window that was scratched on installation Milgard staff was prompt in scheduling, delivering and installing new part of window. My appt was between 8:30 and 10:30. They arrived at 8:30 and were done by 9:00. Would highly recommend spending the extra money and going with Milgard for great customer service!!! May 17, 2013
This service WAS great. The technicians gladly showed me the "sweet spot" so that I can remove the sliding section of the window for easier cleaning....this is important in that the window is at a 3rd story location and is not safely reachable to clean. And they did not make me feel like an idiot for not knowing.....our older Milgard windows were aluminum and they were not as particular as to where you lifted them from in order to remove them. I even informed the contractor that installed the windows and he was glad to find out this solution as well. THANK YOU. (The technicians also informed me that there is a "lifetime" warranty so that if I ever have a problem in the future, I can ask for help.) May 17, 2013

Repair weather stripping Service tech called before coming--they were on time. They promptly fixed my problem and answered all my questions. They cleaned up because this was a bit messy removing old stripping. Very happy with Milgard. May 17, 2013

Warranty service just doesn't get any better than this. We called Milgard with a fairly routine service issue (2 windows had lost their seal), and a tech was at the house the next week, measured the glass, and returned a week later to replace the panels. On-time show up, professional job. Totally pleased! May 16, 2013
bedroom screen replacement; screen door latch repair twice, our screen door latch assy has needed repair. March of 2012, latch assy inside door replaced. March 0f 2013, latch in door frame replaced. I am just concerned that this will happen again and we will have to pay a service tech $75 to fix a screen patio door. I ordered a replacement screen for my daughter's bedroom window. I first placed a call April 23. No one returned my call. I placed a second call, no one returned my call. I got on the phone several more times (seems like 20) and coordinated a quote, purchase and location to ship screen to. You should hire me!! I put yes in "Do you recommend this service". I do not like giving negative feedback. May 16, 2013
Extremely good service - as always We built our home with Milgard windows in 1997 and STILL continue to receive outstanding warranty service for the rare issue that pops up now and then. I wouldn't even consider a different supplier if we were to build again. May 16, 2013
