I was surpirsed to experience such genuine professionalism of all the Milgard personnel I delt with. These days you meet quite often with indifference and a lack of a positive acceptance of your problem when calling for service. Being basically a skeptic, I expected difficulty in having my clouded patio door fixed. I was wrong. From Lindsey in customer service to the gentlemen who replaced my window the whole experience was simply a most satisfying solution to my problem. Terrific technician, issue is with product--double-hung windows don't lock easily. Have had ongoing problem with the lock feature on double hung windows. Difficult to shut/lock bottom window without top window dropping down. You have to slam it just right. Hard to finesse. The service technician was terrific. Company provided a second set of bottom windows to try to fix the problem. I just hope they continue to work. May 10, 2013

Service tech came 2 hours late. Did not have parts to fix problem. Home office responded 3 weeks later?? I thought door was covered by Life time warranty?? May 10, 2013
Excellent Service We are the second owners of our home, and were excited to find that our windows were still covered under warranty since our home is less than 10 years old. The service team was prompt to respond to my request for information, and in sending out an agent to repair the window. Everyone along the way was professional and prompt. Great from the beginning! From the moment I called, the service has been wonderful! Patty has been so incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions and just a joy to speak with. Brad came out yesterday and was very professional, quick and explained everything as he went along. very quick, excellent service! I contacted the installer of my windows (after many years) by email & the secretary called me back almost instantly-about 20 minutes later. She had already pulled my records and had contacted Milgard service. They called me within 2 days to set up a time to install replacement panels for the windows that had failed. the rep that came to the house was excellent, A+ the only negative thing that I would say is that I submitted a detailed request with all window measurements online. It took a long time to fill in all the detailed information. when i rec'd an email back they asked me to give the details of the window problems. I told them that I had already done that for the online service request and measured the windows. the woman emailed me back and said that she did not have access to any of that information and would need me to give it all to her again. that was frustrating. response was very fast & solution was perfect. broken window on a new order required me to file a web claim, received a call the next day, worked out a solution for a replacement and I expect the problem to be resolved with a new operational window in a week or so - just what I needed. May 9, 2013

Over all I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Milgard. Thank you for your service! I was very pleased with the overall service of your company! The worker sent out was polite, professional and did what he came to do in a timely manner. Other than the fact that he was given the wrong sliders to replace the ones in my home that were needing to be replaced, I felt that everything was great. I would like to suggest that your workers be given shoe covers to wear in customer homes. At our home, we always take our shoes off when we come in from outside....we live out in the country and there is a lot of dirt and sometimes mud to walk in! It was a bit distressing to watch him come and go repeatedly to his truck and then back into our house with his work boots on.... Thank you! May 9, 2013
Thank you for fixing my 10 yr of a blurry window In the beginning, it was a bit of hard to get a service request because none of my window had this SO number imprinted in the spacer bar. After talking to a few CSR, I was able to finally able to convince Renee , the local service rep now. When the rep came out, he said it was a seal leak. We are very happy in the end that Milgard lived up to their reputation and promise. I will be using Milgard again in the future for sure due to the high quality of the service. May 9, 2013

Our Tech was especially considerate. Our Tech was absolutely wonderful. Very efficient and considerate. I was not feeling well and had a grandchild sleeping. He proceeded quietly as not to awaken my grandchild and when he left he offered to lock door behind him so I would not have to get up. Very professional. May 9, 2013

Outstanding Service! We had an issue with the weather stripping around our french doors. It was worn out and not part of the warranty. The doors were installed when we built the house 7 years ago. All the house windows are Milgard. We initially called just to find our where we could get replacement weather stripping. A technician came out and took a look but did not have the necessary materials to fix the problem. He ordered the right stuff and came back. Upon returning some of the materials were just not quite right so he came back a third time and fixed it perfectly. We could not be happier and we love our Milgard windows and doors! May 8, 2013

Prompt and excellent service. I am so glad that the past two homes that were built for my family the builder installed Milgard windows. This last service call was the second time I needed to contact Milgard for some window issues. The service was Excellent! The service Tech was very professional. He came in and went straight to work removing the old door and replacing it with a new one. Total time was about 20 min.
