Extremely dissatisfied - sorry but read on I am very dissatisfied. I made a request for someone to come to my house and look at 3-4 windows that are broken - the casements do not work, and on some the latches won't close. I also mentioned that I would like help - a lesson - on how to take the windows out to clean and put them back in. Particularly with a twisted casement where the window won't go back in.... I received a message from Sheila that I should just watch a video on how to do this. No mention at all about somebody fixing the windows that don't work. I called her back immediately, within 30 seconds, and received her voice mail. Now it may be another 4 days before I'm contacted. Could I please get some help? I think if I can get some help fixing these windows, your survey could move to "excellent" quickly! June 14, 2013

Great service from Milgard, as usual! On this service call, the weep holes in one of the windows were not operating properly. The technician was able to do a field repair. He knew several possible causes for the problem, so he could trouble-shoot while there. We really appreciate that the techs sent out to the job site are knowledgeable and capable! June 14, 2013

Prompt, efficient and courteous service From the time I called to explain the problem with my window, the response time from the company was fairly quick. I gave the rep. the window measurements and other pertinent information, and she scheduled the installation appointment. The technicians showed up exactly on time, and replaced the window in about 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the service. June 14, 2013

Great Job Great Job. They called ahead of time to let us know when they would be here and were prompt. They put on footies to protect our floor, Both were very friendly and installed the glass, cleaned the glass and were out of here in less than 1/2 hour. It's nice to see professionals. Thanks again. Excellent service on warranty repairs to window spring balances! I had the hardest time looking for replacement spring balances for my windows. After long and tedius searching, I said to myself let me look up Milgards website. Low and behold I came across the full lifetime warranty! I was ecstatic to hear the great news. My house is only 6 years old and they were installed 6 years ago. After a brief phone call with customer service rep MaryAnn and getting her the numbers on my sashes, she scheduled me an appointment with a service technician to show up to my house only 4 days after the phone call. I was extremely pleased by the service they provide! Even though Fonzo the technician was 30 minutes late (no phone call to let me know he was running late) he was very apologetic and told me that the office was having a safety meeting that morning and he was upside down strapped in a harness. Nonetheless, he quickly replaced 4 spring balances and one pop-out clip for me and was on his way. Fonzo was a great service tech and I hope they promote him. June 13, 2013
The technican called prior to arrival and solved the problem in a courteous and efficient manner. In addition to fixing the problem we had called him about he looked at another problem we are having with our windows and told us he would be taking this up with Milgard and see what could be done about it. We are very pleased with the service. Your service employee, Charlie N., was very professional in the installation of our replacement window. He knew what needed to be accomplished and rapidly completed the job. He also was courteous, friendly and helpful with my questions about the window. One thing that we did notice was that the replacement window was no longer trimmed between the glass panes with white. It shows the aluminum between the glass panes and is installed next to an older window that has the white trim between the glass panes. June 13, 2013
Excellent! I've lived in my home for over 20 years. I have had occasion to make use of Milgard's lifetime warranty thrice, I think. Milgard stands alone in regard to taking care of their customers. From the initial phone call to the first response, from status updates to problem resolution. No product manufacturer/vendor I have dealt with makes the promise they do and KEEPS that promise. Not even close. Such is a singular occurrence these days. I rarely have the opportunity to use superlatives when it comes to the good side of folks and/or products; they simply don't apply. I cannot think of one that does NOT apply to the Milgard people AND their product. They are, simply, the best. And, simply, thank you! June 13, 2013

Milgard sets the standard for Customer Service Although disappointed another window seal failed, I was confident it would be replaced quickly and professionally. All companies should follow the standards set by Milgard. An 800 number that is actually answered by a person, a helpful representative that makes appointments on the spot, then follows up with confirmation phone calls and email. And, sends a reminder with a picture of the installer. Milgard gets five stars from me...keep it up. June 13, 2013
Wow! Who knew? After owning my home for 15 years, I had some Milgard windows fail me. The company was quick to confirm my eligibility for warranty replacements and scheduled installers at that tiime. In two short weeks and my windows were back like new. Awesome company! June 13, 2013
