Great job as always Our windows were installed about 10 years ago. We've had some issues three times. Twice they simply put in new rods and all was well. Once they replaced the entire window. first rate, excellent We built our house in 1998. We installed Milgard windows. 36 of them. We had the Hunter Green on the ourside, which caused some overheating and warping problems on those windows in the direct sun. After 14 years, Milgard came in and replaced all the windows in the entire house. From our first phone call, they came to the house and checked the windows and always were professional, efficient, courteous and timely. Your service technicians were easy to work with. they gave us great customer service. We did not have to pay anything to have all these windows replaced. October 1, 2012
Pleased with the quality of service. After installation, we encountered a problem with one of the single hung replacement windows. When we closed the window, tt made a loud springing noise inside one of the tracks. The contractor contacted the company and we were called within days to schedudule a service call. The technician was on time and very professional, however, although he replaced the part in question, the problem still exists. We were told that the noise is a result of the way the window was originally framed, rather than a defect in the window itself. Don't know what else can be done at this point. Overall, we're pleased with the quality of the windows and the service. October 1, 2012
In home service was great I had a problem getting a call back on my first two calls finally went to the internet and entered my information. As soon as you had my information everything went excellent. the in-home tech did a grat job, was on time only took a short time to reolace pane. With any future problems I will just do it over the internet, and eliminate all of the frustration. October 1, 2012
Had one problem Initial call to fix window was very good. Appointment was set about 2 weeks out - ok. Some confusion ensued when I received an email confirming appointment, but received phone call changing appointment. when I called back to confirm I was told appointment was on. The next day when appointment was scheduled I called again and was told appointment was the new one two days later. Irritating. I then received a call right back saying my wife had requested a different time due to the eary morning schedule - this was totlly false and really made me mad. Ultimately the tech arrived on time for the new appointment and was able to replace the broken glass in less than 15 minutes. Good job. October 1, 2012

Way to stand behind your products! After 8 years without a problem, I had an issue with one of my windows being stuck in the locked position. I called Milgard, who scheduled the appointment within a week of my call. They were ON TIME and quickly fixed the issue. In this disposable society in which we live, it's nice to see a company believe in the quality of their product enough to offer a lifetime warranty....and actually mean it! Nice work Milgard! Service Tech was prompt and courteous. But did not have or wear any booties over his size 10 work boots. I find it hard to believe that Milgard does not supply protective booties for their workers???? They are needed and the workers should have to wear them. September 29, 2012

Absoutly fantastic experience, excellent response to a problem. We noticed a problem with one of our 10-12 year old windows. Figured the warranty was expired and that we would have to pay to replace the window. Got on Milgard website and sent an email to their service department, which was answered promptly. We explained the problem over the phone, the representative asked us for a couple of measurements and gave us an appointment for the repair. Milgard followed up with an email to remind us about the appointment. The Service Tech arrived on time replaced the window, which fit perfectly and was finished in less than 15 minutes. The Service Tech was very nice, professional, and explained what he did. The whole experience was great. Milgard followed up with an email to make sure everything was taken care of. Exceptional Customer Service One section of one of my windows developed screen-like specs inside. I called Milgard customer service and arranged a date for inspection/repair. The two man crew arrived on time, looked at the window and immediately began to replace it. The window installation design and materials make removal and replacement easy if you know what you are doing and this crew did. They had the old window out and the new one in within a half-hour. No charge, it was under warranty, One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! September 28, 2012
factory failures Windows installed over 6 months ago had screens hat did not fit properly. I have now waited through 4 service appointments, and the results have been 1. new screens also made wrong 2. 2nd set of new screens made wrong. 3. screens not delivered to repair rep on day of next appointment. Someday we may get replacement screens, who knows when? September 28, 2012
Excellent Service Response As usual with this technician, everything was done perfectly. He arrived at the front-end of the service "window", the job was done quickly, and he even helped me move some furniture that he needed to have moved for his installation. He even pointed out a small scratch in the window and offered to have a new window ordered, even though the scratch was inconsequential and I never would have noticed it myself. missing key When I received the door, It was missing the key. I left voice msg at Milgard headquarter but no one called me back. I had to wait for 3 days for them to return my phone call. Finally Milgard came out 2 1/2 weeks later to install new locks. September 28, 2012

Warranty service was great! I used the website to submit a request to be contacted concerning some trouble we were having with our vertical slide windows; I got an email response from a local warranty rep with a target date for service (a few days later). I confirmed the target date and received a subsequent phone call to confirm the target service time frame (10am-12pm) for the day. Everything worked out great. The service tech showed up promptly and addressed all the warranty concerns (and was even kind enough to share a few pointers related to the windows). The repairs were quick and thorough.
