a job well done I was extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. The service rep was very efficient and friendly on the phone. I was contacted by E-mail on the Friday before the Monday installation with a 2 hour time frame.. And the service technician did a great job on the window replacement. He was very thorough and completed the work in a very timely manner. I would definetly recommend this product and service. Excellent customer service I was pleasantly surprised during my initial telephone contact with Milgard about windows that were over 17 years old. I spoke to a representative who scheduled a repairman to come right out and look at my issue. The repair technicians that responded were very professional and cordial. Milgard is the best! We built our house 16 years ago and chose Milgard windows on the recommendation of our contractor. We have been very happy with their product and their service is the best. Excellent Service! The technician arrived promptly at 8am and was able to quickly fix the problem. Well trained and professional. Even showed me how to fix the window in the future and how to lubricate the window to avoid having it break in the future. Highly recommend this service. August 28, 2012

unprofessional and confused All I needed was a simple screen repair. It was still within the warranty, and the service rep on the phone helped me set a day when the repair could be made. The repair person arrived when he said he would, but the replacement door also had a tear in the screen. He brought out a defective screen door. Then, trying to re-schedule the person to come back was very difficult. I was the one who had to adjust to Milgard's schedule and arrange a different day home from work. When I was available was not convenient to Milgard, even though it was their error. And then, the day the new repair was to take place, I got a call from customer service saying the screen mesh had not yet come in. I don't know how a company can stay in business with service like this. Eventually the person came and fixed the door. After I arranged my schedule three different times. Very unprofessional. Love our Milgard Windows The whole house is now Milgard and we love them all. The slide, the casement crank, the picture with openings above and the picture alone. Great quality and a noticeable quality difference from other windows. The Tuscany line is well worth the money. LOVE THEM. This service WAS great! I submitted a request on-line for assistance returning a window and track. An agent called soon after to inquire about my exact problem. She was very friendly/professional and offered on-line tutorial assistance along with home service tech. The on-line instructions were very easy to follow and eliminated a service call. Excellent Service The service tech, Hector, arrived on time and was able to remedy the jamming problem with my French door. He did such a good job that the door functions much better than the original installation. Warranty Process for Milgard products While it took longer than expected for someone to respond to my initial service request (about two weeks), once they made contact with me its been smooth sailing. Our sliding glass door - handle and track were replaced as well as four windows where the seal had broken. They did excellent work and made me glad we had purchased Milgard products for their lifetime warranty. August 27, 2012

Everyone was prompt and curteous All persons I had contact with seemed to be professional in their approach to my needs. I judge the worth of a company based on the personnel they emply and the attitude exibited by those pesonnel, Milgard, in my opinion, rates high praise. Ray was very good in completing what was required. He clean-up after re-installing the windows. Ray and his partner came once to install 5 windows that had blemishes or scratches. They cleaned all the new replaced windows to find a window scratched. Ray indicated that he would order another replacement. In addition, Dixieland did not inform Milgard on the screen door that was ripped at the top of the screen when purchased and installed. He went ahead and ordered a new screen door. Both orders came in two weeks as he stated. Milgard staff should be praised and acknowledged for their customer service. We are very happy with the results. Thank you August 24, 2012
Amazing Service! I called to report a discoloration in the glass on one of my windows which was still under warranty. The representative said "no problem, we'll schedule a technician to replace the glass". Within two weeks the glass was replaced at no charge. The technician was on time, fast and friendly. very professional and polite service!! the service from milgard was absolutely amazing! when i called about my problem, lisa handled it with such ease and she was very professional and friendly! she gave me a time and date when the service rep would be at our home. the rep was on time. milgard sent us a name and photo of their rep which is a great safety device. mark showed up, fixed the broken window which i broke!! he also was friendly and professional! he not only did a great job, he cleaned up his mess!! i will always use milgard and refer milgard to everyone!! milgard, thank you so much for taking care of us!! steve m. A very responsive company that stands behind their products! Millgard has great products & they are a company that stands behind them.. I had a minor problem and they sent a serviceman out right away. Their servicemen were polite and friendly and didn't dawdle.This company also sent me a photo of what their repairman would look like via email with a reminder of the date & time before they arrived.
