The Milgard service was top notch. After being contacted the night before for the time the service tech would be at my home, he was on time and even called me just before he showed up. The service I needed was having window glass replaced due to some clouding between the panes. The tech was very knowledgable in his work and helpful in answering my questions and even took care of a problem that wasn't even on his ticket. I do have some issues I ordered 12 windows and a french door, all to have grids. 7 windows showed up without grids, and after talking to Eric at Milgard, he found out that the order had been incorrectly made by Lowe's. he subsequently emailed me a list of the windows in question.My printout from Lowe's shows all items with grids and were included in the price but somehow the order placed to Milgard excluded grids in 7 of the windows. They were installed on 2/6 and I have called Lowe's twice and had been told they would get back to me and haven't. Supposedly the sashes are to be replaced. Also, the screens are too big vertically. They would have to be bent to fit. I do like my new windows. February 20, 2015

Replacement of 15 windows It took 4 guys all day but they accomplished this huge, difficult task with great professionalism and attitude. Excellent. Andy and Brandon arrived promptly at 9:00 AM. Both gentlemen were friendly and courteous. Our windows were difficult to raise and lower and needed replacement springs. Amazing service! I was so pleased with the ease of requesting a replacement window glass. No hassles, no stalling or waiting. The request was immediately acted upon. Today the technician came, and I expected to have them look at it and decide if it was the window's fault or mine, and if they would or wouldn't replace it for me. Instead, the technician came, removed, replaced and was done in about 15 minutes. Great service and professionalism. Excellent company and guarantee on windows The servicemen are very professional, cheerful, and do quick, excellent work. We are very pleased with Milgard. Any problems we have ever had with broken seals have been fixed. The windows are about ten years old and some of the seals are breaking in the double panes due to heat, most likely. We still have many windows that are doing fine. The product is a good one and with their guarantee there is no worries. We love this company and would not buy any other window. February 18, 2015

This service was excellent. I experience some initial frustration with a misplaced special ordered part through Lowes and confusion between them and Milgard that took several months to get resolved, but as soon as I dealt with Migard directly and spoke to my rep, Goeff Leckie, he got a service tech sent out to my clients home within a few days and it was taken care of. The service technician, Aaron Duncan, was very nice and professional and was very quick! Excellent job! February 18, 2015
Service was not great We called because we are having issues with our windows. The service tech basically blamed the issues on installation, clearing Milgard of any responsibility. Our windows are drafty, poorly insulated, don't close properly and are overall poor quality in my opinion. All homes in our neighborhood are built with the same builder, who used the same windows. Our next door neighbor, who had the same issues as us, had all their windows replaced, and we expected the same. I didn't expect the tech to pass the blame to installation and only do what he could with a couple of minor adjustments. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will not be buying Milgard in the future, nor will I recommend it. February 18, 2015
Response time terrible Great high quality door. However, I had a warranty question about a problem I was having with the interior blind (turned out to be a very easy self- fix). The company has moved all of its warranty service contact/interaction to a web-based system and promised 2-business day turnaround on response. Unfortunately, it took over three weeks and a few angry emails to even get a return call. Not impressed with the company's web-based warranty system. February 18, 2015
