Superior service Martin was punctual, helpful, neat, clean, courteous, and professional in every way. Excellent service! We thought we had purchased Milgard windows 20 years ago when we remodeled our house. Last year we noticed the seals were compromised on several windows so I called Milgard about the Lifetime warranty and asked to schedule a technician. The initial call was placed on a Monday and the technician showed up on Thursday. Lo and behold, our windows aren't Milgard, but the technician was very gracious about our mistake and gave some advice on options for repairing/ replacing the non-Milgard windows - now that is excellent service! The service was wonderful. The Technicians were in and out in minutes with satisfying results. I found the knowledge, expertise, and tips to maintain my 20 year old windows most helpful. The heat from sun cannot be helped, therefore replacement parts are needed. October 25, 2013

Took 3 months to get warranty work done. You replaced 16 windows under warranty. That's a good thing. Why did 16 windows fail? That's a big question in my mind and makes me wonder why I would ever consider buying Milgard windows in the future. From the time that I contacted Milgard, it took more than 3 months to get this work done. Not the least bit happy about that. October 24, 2013

My expectations were surpassed! The service Tech's were prompt and had booty's for their shoes to protect my carpet. They replaced the window that had a damaged seal but they also went the extra mile and replaced all the "spring tracks" for every single window in my home (4BR/4BA two story home)! Whereas I was expecting them to look at each window in my home since I knew I had a couple that were a little sticky and hard to open, I did not expect them to 100% over-haul every window. Milgard did all of this at zero charge since my windows were still under the 10 year warranty. October 23, 2013

It was an on time, corrected service call. I was so pleased with my recent Milgard service call that I would, if given the opportunity, buy their windows and french doors again. I was also "bowled over" to learn my doors and windows were still covered by Warranty. Usually those guarantees expire one year from the date of sale or sooner. You know it has to be a superior product to offer this length of warranty. Milgard no doubt receives few such service calls. I sign, "happy customer" October 22, 2013

Tech Calls Inconsistent Promised certain time frame for tech visit then given different time frame for visit TWICE! Basically, the company cannot guarantee the tech will come when you have indicated you will be home. At least give me a window 2-3 hours after the time I request...not an hour before I can even be home! Disappointed. October 22, 2013
