The Tech was excellent. On time and knew how to fix problem. When you combine an outstanding product with professional service you have a winner! A small problem occurred with the window and you all fixed it no problem. I only wish you made french doors 6 or 7 years ago when I needed two doors and had to purchase another brand! The service was excellent, but the time it took to respond was (in my estimation) too long. Hello from Jay who is Supervisor for Main Street Development We are a smaller scale home builder/developer company. These particular windows went into one of our new homes, we are building, and unfortunately, got broken during the offloading of drywall into the home. It took over 2 weeks to have the new window installed, which (in my opinion) was excessive? Other than the time it took, we are very pleased with the work and installation of the new window. Very good service! Representatives were very friendly and helpful. It took a while to get the rep's time to come to our house since there is only one rep in the State but he was prompt and fast. Outstanding product, warranty service and professionalism. I purchased and installed my new Milgard dual pane windows over 10 years ago. The front bay widow started showing signs of seal failure a few months ago and I figured it was just a dirty window. After numerous attempts at cleaning the glass to no avail, I contacted Milgard's service center. It took about 3 mins of conversation and the representative deduced the dual pane window seal had failed and needed to be inspected and replaced. We made an appointment for a tech to come and inspect the window. After which my new window was ordered and installed under Milgard's "life time warranty". The installing service techs, as well as the inspection tech were very professional, personable and polite. The installation techs removed the old and installed the new window in under 15 mins. Outstanding From beginning to end this was one of my more satisfying customer experiences. When I called to request the service the operator on the phones was very courteous and professional. She found our informaiton online and was able to ascertain what we could need. When the two technicians arrived to fix our door, the were very professional and were in an out in about 25 minutes. MIlgard WIndows I have had the windows for several years. I saw a tiny, tiny gap in the frame of one of the windows. Someone suggested (my contractor) I call them for a "Warranty Call". They scheduled appt. at my convenience. They were happy to help. There was no attempt to avoid the claim, they seemed happy to help. The service man who came out, Robert, was fabulous. He was competent and good natured, fixed the problem right away. Good for you guys! February 8, 2014

Milguards service was very easy to initiate. The tech was on time as promised by the scheduling call and email. He was friendly, quick and clean. The warranty and service match Milguards high quality products. This is my second home I installed Milguard windows and have nothing but praise for the good looks, quality and reliability of the products. To top it off, if the kid next door throws an errant ball, Millguard keeps the peace with their hassle free warranty that is as simple as a phone call and a tech comes out and replaces the window. Everyone was friendly from the initial call to the service reminders providing a convenient two hour window for arrival. The professional, friendly tech was very concerned about keeping our home clean. He was efficient and left with our windows sparkling and not a sign of him being there. Service was professional and exceptional! Windows are an expensive investment and my experience with Milgard has been professional and exceptional. It is unusual to get a company to stand behind a product and Milgard goes over and beyond just standing behind their product. My experience has been that of purchasing 27 windows, 4 sliding doors and 2 glass doors for my residence. The cost savings on utilities has been well worth the new windows. After cleaning them I noticed on 2 separate occasions that some windows and doors needed to be replaced. This was a major concern for as I am now single all I saw were dollar signs until I phoned Milgard and the process was explained. I was told my windows and doors were covered under the life time warranty! My order was easily accessed on Milgard's end. My appointments were set, confirmed and e-mail confirmations sent with the service person's picture. The service people were efficient, wore identifying company attire so I could recognize them and made the call as fast as possible. As I work in the new home industry I have opportunities to recommend Milgard and do so regularly. Thank you! February 7, 2014
Exceptional service Had three windows with issues. Was a little worried because my contractor never gave me a formal PO for the purchase, but no problem. I called, they walked me through how to locate the unique code on each window and were more than willing to come out a fix all three, at no charge. They even replaced broken glass which is usually not covered under the warranty. They called two days prior to confirm an appt. time and everything went smoothly. The technician arrived on time, was very respectful of my home and was finished in no time. Big fan for life! February 7, 2014

Need better customer service I needed repair on 4 windows (would not stay open) took 6 weeks to get someone here. As soon as tech left i noticed one window he repaired did not work i tried to catch him as he drove off and called office to explain situation and it took another 6 weeks to get someone out here. Even the tech said the office should have called him right away and he would have turned around. February 7, 2014
Service was prompt but incomplete and surprising I left a note on your website indicating that I need 4 replacement window crank handles (labeled P4601) for my WoodClad casement windows (they were lost in the construction process). The next day, I saw a voicemail from your service man. I was heading out to work and the service man rang my doorbell. He was very professional and well intentioned, but it caught me off guard since I hadn't indicated I was ready to meet. I gave him the crank that I have and he checked his inventory. He indicated that he didn't have them with him but would mail them to my address. Overall, it was very good and incredibly prompt. I just wish that he would have waited for my response! :-) February 7, 2014
