Trusted professional! We replaced our track home windows with Milgard windows 14 years ago and recently needed Felix to come and look at some fogging that had occurred in our garden window. He arrived on time, measured the window for replacement and scheduled a return installation appointment before he left. Service, Warranty and Customer Service are number one with Milgard and I will always use them when I need to replace other windows in our home. Thank You Milgard for being so awesome. An example of superior customer service! When I learned that our sliding door was a MIlgard and warranted for life, I called Milgard and a REAL PERSON answered! She referred me to the local service representative who made an appointment for a repairman to visit. The repariman came on time and finished the job in just a few minutes. Excellent Very pleased with the work, replace two windows, and the courtesy of the serviceman. The third window was a patio door and there was no moisture indication at this time so the serviceman suggested we keep a watch on this door and see if the problem continues. I agree, since the only time we noticed an issue was during the cold and clear weather we had in Dec. January 29, 2014

Great job from start to finish! Several weeks ago we had a cold spell (more like a freeze spell) and for whatever reason, our Milgard window in the bathroom cracked. I Called the company that installed our windows and was referred to the Milgard Co. who took care of the problem even though it was not under warranty. I want to thank the Service Rep. and the Service Technician for their professionalism and appreciated the excellent service we received.. Thank you again for a job well done! January 29, 2014

They fix your windows, but why is this needed? Milgard is great about making things right.right. The service techs know what they are doing. It just troubles me that I have had ten different instances requiring service in less than seven years. Most of these were for windows installed in the last two years. And, while I was promised a call a few days before the visit with an exact time for the service, i did not get that call. January 29, 2014

They stand behind their product I had all my windows replaced with Milgard vinyl windows in 2006. After about a year, one window began to leak between the panes. I contacted Milgard and they had a technician replace it, no questions asked (except the window number). He was neat, quick and friendly. A week ago, the spring-loaded balancer on a single hung sash broke. Again, I emailed Milgard. A rep called me and mailed a replacement that day. She offered to have a tech install it. I opted to do it myself with the online video tutorial. January 28, 2014
Outstanding Customer Support From start to finish, our experience in having nine of our windows replaced was outstanding. The coordination and follow-up were exceptional and I can't say enough about Felix, the Milgard Technician, who single handedly replaced the windows in less than an hour and a half. The tech was nice and professional The tech that came out was professional and worked very efficiently to replace the glass in one of our windows. Our contractor had mistakingly ordered non-tempered glass but Milgard was able to swap the glass out with tempered without removing the window frame. We are very happy. January 28, 2014

He replaced out deficient window in record time and then repaired a sliding door, making it operate better than when it was new. Getting the right person on the phone was the trick! I was getting a little disillusioned with the process of making a warranty repair. My first few calls were routed to voice mails. I left messages, but they went unanswered. I filed a request from the website. Nothing. Finally I called a local Milgard dealer who told me to call the Hollister location and ask for Kerri. That was the trick! Everything went super smooth after that. As far as the onsite service man, he was excellent. I've never seen a service call go so smoothly. He literally replaced 2 defective windows inside of 1 hour. In fact, actual "fixing" time was probably 15-20 minutes each. He was very pleasant and went about his business without hesitation. The only issue was that the appointment was scheduled for 7:30am. It was a bit early and required that we make arrangements for a ride to school. However, the fact that the technician was on time and super efficient made up for any inconvenience. Very satisfied with the onsite service. January 27, 2014
The service I received was outstanding! That is the reason for the "excellent" ratings shown above. Dave, your Service Tech was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He serviced a total of three glass units on two separate occasions in my home. On both occasions he arrived during the time frame he had specified when scheduling the appointment.
