Thank you for honoring the lifetime warranty. Even after many years, Milgard honored their lifetime warranty and replaced several windows in my house whose seal was broken (double glazed windows) making them fog inside the gap. I understand the technology has improved, so I expect the new windows to last indefinitely. November 27, 2013
Fast, quick and easy. I was a bit irritated that I had to wait 6 weeks for a service date. I was lucky and got a call from Milgard offering an appointment on a Saturday two weeks early so I snatched it up. The email I received with the photo of my service provider was a surprise. Thank you very much for that. The service techs were fast. They fixed the problem and told me how to avoid another problem I had with water in the tracks. Thank you again. New windows wouldn't lock-latch The technician immediately knew what to do. It's simply an outward push while lowering the bottom sash. This on two of three most-recent. Never a problem with five installed in the past. I had an attitude issue in my way, where one window lacked some trim parts, yet that was the window that would latch. I think the problem could and should have been resolved by on-phone advice. Better, the seller of the windows might have known this as a common problem, and could have talked me through the solution. I chose to involve this seller by having them receive some missing window parts, ordered by the technician for me, November 27, 2013
I am impressed with Milgard's customer service quality. The customer service reps were on time, polite, professional, and answered all my questions. When I told them I wasn't sure if one of the two windows needed replacing, they gave me the benefit of the doubt and replaced it with no further discussion. A warranty you can count on I was pleased to learn of the warranty after noticing the failure of the seal in two windows. I contacted Milgard through the website. I was concerned I would have to jump through hoops to prove my case but I simply provided the information requested and a picture of the windows. An appointment was confirmed. The Service Tech replaced the windows within 30 minutes of his arrival. He also explained the warranty should I have any future problems. I am glad Milgard stands behind their products. Excellent Service Both gentlemen who showed up to do the work were fast and efficient. I had called because a couple of windows had developed leaks. Patio sliding glass door replacement In 1986, or there about, we put in thermal paned french sliders. One door broke a seal but I couldn't locate any paperwork. Neither could they. But they came and checked to see if it was one of their windows, which it was, and replaced the entire window with no hassles at all. I need to have another window and door replaced, and I will definitely use Milgard. November 25, 2013

The service AND the product is the best! And yet another example of you get what you pay for, I opted for Milgard over a few other window manufacturers and am very satisfied with the product, warrantee, and service after purchase. The care the serviceman took when entering my home and making the repair made me feel we were VIP's. Many companies today talk about thier warranties but with Milgard you are covered! Prompt, on time, excellent rep on email and in person I am selling my mom's condo after 15+ years. After inspection, three windows needed to be replaced. Contacted Milgard, who quickly scheduled a tec to come and inspect and measure the windows. He was prompt and very efficient. Next they let me know the day for the replacement install. Even sent a reminder via email. The appoint for replacement was handled in the same prompt fashion. Tech called about half an hour before to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived all he asked was which windows. Set right to work replaced all three in less than an hour cleaned up and he was gone. All of the personnel, especially Betty who I only corresponded via email were helpful, prompt and great to work with. Thank you for making it just a bit easier to sell mom's condo. Well done!!!! Great customer service I was unfortunately out of the promised lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the windows. The sales rep was very professional in helping me to find this out, but then offered the help of providing the latches that I needed to fix the window. Great service Had an issue with one window where the slide was broken. Milgard came to the house and replaced all slides at no cost to me. Wow! What a great company! With moisture between the pains, I called for help. Within a couple of minutes I had an appointment. Representative very professional I did not make the initial contact. The company I bought the window through made the call and they contacted Milguard. I had to follow up with a second call because Milgard did not get ahold of me. On the second call, I got immediate response. The representative came an hour earlier than the confirmation time, which was fine because I was home. He had booties for his shoes, which I appreciated because I have a light carpet. Although I did not get resolution, the agent explained what my problem was and that I had had 15 days to report damage. I really do not know how I got the damage as it just appeared without specific incident. November 24, 2013
