Excellent Service! The glazing in my large front window had failed (hazyness between the glass panes) and they replaced with no questions asked. This was actually the second time this has happened and have had the same great service both times. August 10, 2013

Fabulous job and very professional! Our service rep let us know when he would be arriving. Kept in touch and when he hit traffic and experienced a slight delay he called as well to update. Excellent service! We are so glad we chose Milgard windows! When they said the wndows were guaranteed we never thought we would need to use that...but we did and Milgard jumped in and replaced a winoow that needed help. The two fellows who came to replace the window, Vladimir and Sergio, were so kind to my husband (who has a disability) and so quick at their job that my husband can't say enough good about the experience. Service tech was great! Service rep was so so! It took 3 phone calls to contact my service rep. The first 2 I left messages without a call back. The 3rd time I reached my rep. but she didn't seem too eager to address my problem. She did schedule a service appointment at about 3 weeks out. A little too long if you ask me. The service tech was great and on time. He had our problem fixed within minutes, 7 to be exact, and was on his way. Overall a good experience but it left room for improvement. Jeff August 9, 2013
Excellent in home service. I had to call twice to get someone to respond to my initial call. However, once contact was made, the arrangement for the service call and the service call was excellent. The technician knew exactly what the problem was and quickly replace the broken part. Thanks for your excellent in-home service. August 9, 2013
Forgot to bring all parts We had requested that screen bolts be delivered and they were not. This caused an inconvenience to our tenants who have already waited 3 weeks for their screens to be installed. August 9, 2013
Milgard comes through again The customer service representative on the phone was excellent and once she had the address, was able to access the original order for the house, which made the process simple, as I had several windows to replace. A simple height and width measurement while she was on the phone saved a lot of time. The appointment process was straightforward and, because they had a cancellation after the appointment was made, they called to see if we could accommodate the opportunity (which we could). The verified the appointment by e-mail and several days before the appointment, sent a reminder, along with the name and picture of the lead technician. The technicians arrived within the appointment time slot and efficiently and quickly replaced the windows and cleaned up. This is a really great company and we highly recommend their product and service. August 9, 2013

More excellent service from Milgard While a General Building Contractor I installed many Milgard windows and slidikng glass doors. They are Top of the Line and stand by their lifetime warranty. Our kitchen window lost it's seal. I called Milgard on the 11 year old window. They set up an appointment. The serviceman showed and had the new one replaced in 20 minutes. Excellent Service All my contact was online - excellent website and it was easy. The only phone call was for scheduling - which was fine - a link to Doodle could make that easier in the future. The followup postcard confirming the date and email the week before that defined the time window and picture of who I should expect - all very well done. The installer was a good guy - professional - efficient - and careful - putting rugs over the hardwood floors. With service like this - I will always buy a Milgard product. August 9, 2013

Prompt and courteous! The Milgard service people have been consistently prompt, courteous, and careful while replacing window panes that had begun to fog up a bit. I wish every company has service this great. Service is excellent. It’s scheduled ahead of time; confirmation is sent a few days ahead with the exact time window for the work, it’s done promptly when promised in a very professional manner. The service professional is very careful of our furniture, cleans up the work area and leaves everything in excellent condition. I have always been a Milgard customer due to the high quality products. I seldom ever have any issues but am very glad that when I do they are fixed without question in the highest quality manner. Excelant service in a very short time span I was very impressed with the service person I initially spoke with. She was able to pull up my account and schedule me for service very quickly. The service date was moved up two weeks a soon as the product was available and the technicians were very prompt and knowledgeable. We expected a long wait for them to replace the window . Warranty Replacement - Excellent Service We have had our house for 13 years and in preparation for selling our home we found a very few of our Milgard windows had lost their seal. One call, some minor measuring and we had a service call scheduled. The technicians were great and very skilled at their repairs. We have built 3 custom homes and all have Milgard windows - quality of the initial product and service when needed make the decision easy. The lifetime warranty is the best in the business! Good and Bad I called and was told to summit a request by email to have the glass replaced. No one ever called me but I was told via email to look at youtube to see how to measure the window. Zero customer service before they came out to my house. The man that came to our house was very professional and arrived ontime. I gave him an excellent rating. August 8, 2013
I am very disappointed with the service. A sliding door and screen was installed in May. When it was installed, the screen was already defective. The company that did the installation referred us to Milgard Customer Service staff. I had to leave several messages until someone called us back. Then, we had to wait months before a service tech could come to change the screen. The Customer Service rep told me they would bring a new screen. When the technician finally came, he did not have a screen and needed to order one ... which will take another two weeks (if we are lucky). We wanted to work with a local supplier and at some point, need to change all the windows in our house. It is very unlikely that I would consider working with Milgard again. August 8, 2013
Milgard is one of the few companies any more that truly stands by their warranty! Milgard's Full Lifetime Warranty is fantastic. We've had two occasions where our windows and patio door needed some remedying after many many years. Milgard's knowledgeable service techs took care of everything professionally and efficiently. Service doesn't get any better than this!!!! Had a small issue with two of our windows which were purchased years ago. Called the service center and they scheduled an appointment for replacement without any hassel at all. Tech showed up EARLY and did a great job! If other businesses were as serious about customer service as Milgard, the world would be a better place. Highly recommend the Milgard product. August 7, 2013
