This service was excellent My window glass was broken. I called Milgard to check the warranty. After a minute, they told me my glass was still in the warranty period and immediately made the appointment to replace the broken glass with no cost. The technician came on time on the day of the appoinment and it took only 10 minutes to get the job done. It was a excellent job from Milgard team. February 20, 2014

I was very impressed with Milgard and would Highly Recommend their Products, Warranty Service and Personnel to friends, family and strangers. Thanks Upon contacting the Customer Service Representative at Milgard, I experienced a very high level of professionalism as well as a knowledgeable associate that understood the reason for my call and scheduled one of their people to stop by (at our convenience) to measure the windows in need of replacement. They followed up by ordering and scheduling installation and responded to my request to have their installer call me thirty minutes from the time he expected to arrive at our home to. Everything went off without a hitch and Carlos (the installer) met me at the house and was very courteous, professional and efficient - as he went about replacing both windows, had me sign the work order and was gone in 30 minutes. This company stands behind their warranty!!! I had 2 windows that needed to be replaced. From the customer service call to the onsite replacement this was a very professional experience. At no point did I every feel that they were looking for an opportunity to not honor their window warranty like some many other building material companies. The field service staff showed up within there expected time, they were professional looking with clean uniforms, very knowledgeable with what needed to be done, respectful of my house when entering and existing, and got right to work fixing the windows. The window manufacture blew it for symmetry- (the same on both sides) I ordered 3 windows-Each of the windows had 3 windows in each frame. The center window was not square which resulted in the two outside windows and predominately the screen windows to have either a narrow or to large a space that would be seen from the front. This occurred on 5 of the 6 screened windows. February 19, 2014

Very Happy One of my windows cracked the inside pane. Milgard said it wasn't under warranty. A Milgard dealer representative looked at it to give me an estimate to replace said he thought it didn't have enough clearance when built. Milgard agreed to send a person out to inspect it. The man inspecting said he wasn't sure it was a manufacturing defect but Milgard would replace it at no cost to me as a customer courtesy. Did that make me happy? Will I tell other people about the great service and recommend Milgard? You bet I will. February 19, 2014

I am extremely impressed and delighted! I am extremely impressed with the service Milgard provided to replace my window! First of all, you had my house and its windows on your records even though the house is now 10 years old. Your phone rep simply determined which window had a problem and what size it was and scheduled the replacement. I was phoned a couple of days ahead with a time window. The tech, Feliz, was right on time, pleasant, quick, professional and clean in his work. The job was very well done, and the design of the window frame made it very efficient. Sliding Patio Door Handle I asked Pat if she would be me door handle. She was very concerned, so she.said.she would the today. Excellent service and warranty We have owned Milgard windows since 1992. Since that time, we have had a couple warranty requests. good, but We were very pleased with the competence and professionalism of the Tech. However, I think he should have been prepared to wipe the newly installed glass clean before he left. The finger prints and marks from the glue (or whatever compound is used) remained on the glass while all the windows around it are clean. I resented having to clean those panels myself.
