Good service. Long wait. The service was good & responsive. The wait between first calling and getting it all done was long. Reading & recording the window serial/type number is not easy. The printed tags are sort of silver letters on a silver background and not easy to read. Better contrast and larger letters would help. November 3, 2013

In home service was great! The servicemen came within the expected time frame, were very efficient & got the job done for multiple (5) windows in half an hour. The service was great! The technician arrived early on the designated date, which was nice. He replaced the window where one mini blind slat was slightly bent. He even cleaned the glass in the new window. I was extremely happy with his work. November 2, 2013
scheduling could be improved the technician, jesse i think was his name, was excellent. he was prompt and fixed my problem in 5 minutes. he also gave me advice on how to maintain my windows, which was greatly appreciated. the scheduling process was poor. i was told that the technician would call me the day before to schedule the block of time. this his highly problematic considering that i am not willing to leave my entire day open until i receive a call. but then i didn't get a call. i received an email: first with no time of arrival, then the time of arrival didn't work with my schedule. i emailed the person to ask how to reschedule, but received no response. fortunately my plans changed and i happened to be home to meet the technician. i would prefer to arrange the block of time at the initial conversation instead of waiting a week. OUTSTANDING Hats off to Milgard warranty service. I was impressed from the initial call for service all the way to the final stage of completion. Everyone was open to answering my questions. The timing of the service call itself to the phone calls prior were very accurate. I felt very comfortable that all the issues were going to be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Very Professional and Wow Service I had two Milgard inspect my windows for what I suspected was two flawed windows. The tech came out and inspected the window and noticed I had several more windows that needed to be replaced. I am no expert and really did not know what to look for. Not only did I get the windows replaced that I knew were bad, I had the ones I didn't know replaced. The take out and install of the windows was done with out any mess and extremely courteous. Great service We had a problem with one of our windows that had lost gas. The appointment process was easy, although the actual date on which service was done seemed somewhat long. However, there were reminders of the appointment, both via telephone and email, and the email actually had a picture of the service tech that would be doing the repair. The tech was great! Completed the repair quickly and explained what he was doing, and why Milgard was able to offer a lifetime warranty on these windows. Very satisfied! October 31, 2013

Delayed response, professional glass replacement It initially took multiple phone calls to Milgard Customer Service to obtain a response. First, no one answered the 800 customer Service phone (during business hours), then it took several calls to get a response from the area rep. Once the rep contacted me, she arranged for the glass replacement of our picture window, which had lost its seal, in a very organized manner. She clearly explained our options for upgrading the glass & answered all of my questions, then scheduled the service call to install the new glass. The installers phoned 30 minutes before arriving on the scheduled day & installed the glass in less than 15 minutes in a competent & professional manner. October 30, 2013
