The service was terrible! The first time you were supposed to be here at a certain time, we took time off from work to meet you and no one ever showed up. So when we called back, we were given another date & time and the guy came 2.5 hours early and no one called to let us know. only two of the warranty windows were replaced.. We had to call back AGAIN and schedule another appointment ..This time the guy showed up 1.5 hours early.. luckily our construction guy was here and notified us. so we hurried over. the Milgard guy then checked all the windows and check marked the ones that were going to be replaced through warranty, and told us that one window would have to be paid for and that someone would call us in the next week or so with the estimate and time they could come back. Three weeks later we call and are told that none of them would be under warranty & would have to pay for all of them.!! I am very disappointed in your service. It would be nice to be contacted by someone higher up than just your customer service people.. August 25, 2013
I wasn't home when service was done but seemed to be okay. I was not left any kind of receipt or explanation of what was done. Please send an explanation of what windows were repaired. I have some upstairs windows and can't really see if these areas were completed. August 25, 2013
Outstanding responsiveness No product is perfect, so the hallmark of a company is when something doesn't go perfectly well. In the case of my Milgard windows, which our builder used, the style and functionality is perfect for the house. We have had, however, a few windows where the seal has failed, creating a mold between the panes. In each instance, Milgard has sent technicians out immediately to measure, and replacement follow quickly. The techs are very professional and answer any and all questions. When I recently had to have molding re-installed after the window was replaced months ago, again Pat S. in Customer Service took great care of me and the work was again done well and quickly. Milgard is the best for both quality and warranty, hands down number 1. From start to finish the service was excellent ,you promptly responded to my e-mail with a phone call, problem was discussed , date for repair was made, and repair was done. The repair was top notch, I had had him before on another job and he was in and out in just a short time, he also explained the problem and how and why it occurred giving me a little wisdom on what to look for in the future if need be. Delay in installing replacement window The tech postponed the installation at least two times, to the point that it was a month after the initial appointment before the window was actually installed. He was wondering how he should get paid on a warranty situation. He should be compensated by Milgard, as the original retailer no longer represents Milagrd. August 24, 2013
Millard Service The Best The service techs that replaced the glass in our windows under warranty were prompt, friendly, respectful of our property, and performed quality work. They even took the time to adjust several windows that were sticking which was much appreciated. Good service but little advance warning I spoke with a rep right after I submitted the online request. He stated September 6th would be the first time they could come out when we would be home. I okayed that and put it on the calendar. The day we returned from vacation (early I might add) August 23rd, a Milgard rep came to the door. We have dogs that needed to be put away so the rep could work, we were not informed about the change of the date and would not have been home at all had we decided to return early. There was an email from Milgard when I opened the computer the next day. A phone call would have told us of the change of plans. August 23, 2013
service grading We had Milgard windows since 1995 when the house was built. The service was very prompt when requested to fix or replace window glass and any other request. We appreciated the 2 hour window for the technician appointment, which allowed us to plan our day's activities; however, the technicians were at least 15 minutes early, which was a lovely surprise. FInally, a company that knows what good service is This was by far the easiest service transaction I've had in 62 years. A 12 year old single hung window had a broken seal. I emailed the company stating the problem, and they called back within a few minutes. The window had been registered, so they looked up my account. Set up a day for service. Sent me an email 2 days prior telling me who was coming and the estimated time. Sergio was 30 minutes early (EARLY!!!!) He was done in 15 minutes. I never heard from anyone1 I called and got a very uninterested person on the phone who said I had to go to the web site. I did, it is very difficult because I have more than one problem. Said they wold contact me with in two days, This is day three and I get a survey! August 23, 2013

The repaired sliding glass door and window are now "like new." Our house is a 1955 ranch style tract built in West Anaheim #near Disneyland#.The original wood frame windows had literally disintegrated and the steel frame sliding single pane glass door to the patio had badly corroded. We had Milgard replacement vinyl windows and a sliding glass door professionally installed in January 2002. Recently the sliding glass door became very difficult to open and close. We suspected the rollers had gone bad. Also, one pane of one house window had developed "hazed" inner surface. We contacted Milgard Sevice and were informed that the sliding glass door and window would be repaired under warranty at no charge. The Service Contact, John, was very helpful in gathering the necessary information and scheduled the repair. The Milgard technicians, Juan and John, came to our house on the appointment day and replaced the sliding door rollers and track and replaced the hazed window pane. They were very professional, fast, and neat. The sliding glass door now opens and closes "like new" and the replaced window is also "like new." We are very pleased with the Milgard Service experience. August 22, 2013
