In home techs great, customer service rep, not so much It took a week of me leaving messages and making calls to Milgard, and finally calling the service manager before I got a call back from the representative for my area. This was a very frustrating process. Once I finally talked to her, she sent a tech out to get the information on the glass to be replaced. The tech was early, and very efficient. He said the service rep would call me the next day. I waited 3 days, nothing, finally called her, and the schedule was so full it was several weeks before the new glass could be installed. The in home tech for the glass installation was awesome. The field folks were awesome, but I think the service rep for my area should not be in the customer service field, as she failed to provide any semblance of customer service to me. October 5, 2013
Exceptionally pleased with initial contacts. Pleased with all our initial contacts. The service tech checked windows that were of concern and found some problems that we were not aware of. Things were explained very well and a plan of action was made to correct problems. The service we received was great! We purchased several products from Milgard through Lowes. We wish we could/would have purchased the items direct. The installers from Lowes probably did the best they could but there were several issues that remained unresolved after a couple of attempts made by the installers. Lowes contacted Milgard and they sent a service person out and the problems were fixed within minutes. Milgard's service personnel resolved the issues quickly, efficiently and professionally. I especially appreciated that once the appointment was made, I received a text and an email notifying me of the specific time frame the service person was to be expected at our home. I also appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of the service department in making the appointments. October 5, 2013

Best service experience I have ever had! My technician arrived right at the beginning of the 2-hour window that was provided. He was friendly and professional. He wore shoe covers while inside the house. My repair was completed within minutes. I would definitely recommend Milgard windows and am completely satisfied with the lifetime warranty and service. milgard came to repair problem but left Windows without fixing the obvious problem One of the Windows is not fixed and I'm still having problem segue window does not close. I keep calling and leaving messages but no one has called me back. October 4, 2013
Milgard Review Despite a few scheduling glitches, we were able to have our windows repaired. In fact, the technician went ahead and replaced the defective hardware in all of our windows (even though the windows were still working properly), as he said, to prevent the need for future repairs. The service was awesome, best we have ever had from anyone I am telling everyone I know that we are a walking talking commercial for Milgard products. We have been extremely happy with our windows and doors. To have one little glitch after 16 years, and to have the great customer service to fix a minor problem is way more than we could ever expect from anyone. Never heard back from Cherie Gonzales regarding our problem We bought Milgard windows when we built our home in 1989. We have had excellent customer service ever since until now. We first contacted the Milgard rep. on Sept. 23rd 2013 regarding some latches for our windows. She wasn't familiar with the windows we have, so I offered to send pictures of the windows and the latches which I sent that day. We didn't hear anything back from her, so on the 25th we called, left a message and also sent an email. I thought that Milgard had been sold to someone else and just didn't care about the original lifetime guarantee anymore. We gave up trying to contact anyone after that. We have been one of Milgards biggest boosters in the past. It's always been great windows, and great customer service until now. October 3, 2013

Service and ability to resolve customer concerns have been poor. I initially contacted Milgard to order replacement screens for my windows....this was back in June. I have yet to place an order for new screens. Response time for Milgard to return calls and e-mails are either slow or nonexistant. October 3, 2013
Service was great. IAfter 6 years, I developed a problem with condensation forming between the dual panes of 2 windows. I expected a hassle when I called and requested they honor the warranty. Instead I was greeted by a friendly voice who couldn't have been more accomodating. She told me what to expect and set up an appointment. I was extremely impressed by the prompt and friendly professionalism of all the employees that was involved. I would highly recomend Milguard windows. Not only are the windows excellent quality and have saved us with heating and cooling costs but the company stands behind their product. October 3, 2013
