Always great service and care. My windows are now approximately 13 years old. Many of them have lost their seals over the years and Milguard has been there to replace them without question. Great service Juan fixed all 3 of my problems and ordered new glass for the windows that have broken seals. One of the problems was a slider door off the dining area that never closed right -- I've been in this house 7+ years, and it got steadily worse. Juan adjusted it, sprayed silicone in the tracks, and now I have a workable slider door again!! Very happy. This was a phantastic service, efficient and fast! After we detected defective windows, we called Milgard. Within a few days, a representative measured our windows and obtained the proper coding that we could not find. He arrived on time and was fun to talk to. 5 custom-size tinted windows were ordered and installed shortly thereafter in one hour, by two of their very professional installers. Unbelievable service! Lifetime warranty is a blessing The fact that Milgard stands behind their products by offering a lifetime warranty says a lot. I was unfortunate to have my huge patio door have issues. At first, I called over my dealer and he called over his installers who struggled with it. Only have dealing with Milgard directly did my problem get resolved. December 9, 2013
Excellent customer service, Milgard really stands behind their product. As always, our Service Tech was "Great"! He has been to our home on several occasions to fix a few window issues. He’s very knowledgeable about his product and on this occasion he replaced a window that had a broken seal. Third time of service Although the service to replace failing windows is fast and efficient, I can tell that for the first time there may be a problem developing with one of our east facing windows. All the others faced directly west. I am wondering if eventually all the windows in the house will fail and we will have to have multiple service calls over the next few years. December 9, 2013
OUTSTANDING! I was not directly involved in the scheduling, but my wife had no problems. The Service Tech was as good as it gets. He was on time, diagnosed and repaired the door, and cleaned up in well under an hour. He also gave me some good information on sliding screen doors. December 9, 2013

Happy! We bought Milguard after looking at reviews of several windows on-line. In addition to comments about the quality of the windows, we looked at comments for how well a company's customer service was. Milguard had excellent ratings on both fronts and with the few minor issues we've had with the windows, Milguard's customer service has been excellent. PS - I rarely fill these questionnaires out because I am rarely impressed -most companies whether dealing with windows or cars, simply make it right. Every thing was everything we expected. We were told service men would be there between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. They arrived at 11:15. That usually doesn't happen. Very cold outside but they replaced 3 windows in about 1 hour. Very pleased. December 9, 2013
Great Service The Tech was on time, The weather was very cold he planned his work so the window was out a minimal amount of time. He new exactly what he was doing and he didn't leave a mess. I am glad we bought the MILGARD windows the warranty and service are great. Bobby December 9, 2013
do not qualify for warranty My family built our sisters oregon home 23 years ago & milgard has come out occasionally to repair our sliding glass door. We have two windows that have broken seals in them so we had arranged for them to be replaced. The day before it was to be replaced someone from the company called and we were told that the year our window was made the lifetime warranty wasn't in effect???!!!!!! Needless to say we are heartbroken. The year differences is by 1 year..... My husband and I are both in our 70's and cannot afford to purchase new windows. This winter we are struggling... I am extremely disappointed , why can't milgard take care of one customer? How hard is it to honor a warranty? Isn't it better to treat your customers nice rather than just look at the dollar? I will make sure to let everyone I know about my story so knowbody has to go thru this like we have. Right now I'm looking at old check stub written from sad. December 9, 2013

The Best I built my home and have dealt wit a number of issues. This by far was the easiest, most efficient I ever had. Not a lot of question, forms, etc. Just a simple phone call and my name. I must admit I was worried when the contractor asked me to make the call. He said the service is so exceptional it would be good if I did it my self. Professional and courteous Your service people were considerate and understanding. They were at my home promptly and arrived at a solution. Unfortunately, the solution was a new door when the inside wood veneer cracked on my door. The wait for the new door was considerable but through no fault of your service people. Service was prompt and efficient. Only issue I had was that one of the technicians left my yard side gate open and my dog had left my property. I found him on the streets several hours later. Not acceptable and could have lost my dog. December 7, 2013

You provide a wonderful warranty for your windows. I am sorry your window/manufacturing quality control of 10 years ago has caused you to need to complete so much warranty work in our community of 6800 homes. I am sure your quality control department has corrected the problem of failed seals and therefore providing a better product for you customers today.
