From its inception, Jack Smith Glass & Sash, Inc was a family affair. Jack and his wife Daphne instilled the values of integrity, quality, and customer service. They set high standards for craftmanship and professionalism.
After Jack's passing in 2001, Daphne was determined to carry on her husband's legacy. With her passion for the business, Daphne successfully guided Jack Smith Glass & Sash, Inc. through both challenges and triumphs, earning the respect and admiration of employees and customers alike.
Since Daphne's passing in 2018, the business remains in the capable hands of the Smith family, as their daughter Joy, now leads the company. Joy grew up immersed in the family business, learning invaluable lessons from her parents about entrepreneurship, hard work, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Joy is committed to upholding its reputation for excellence.
Despite the passage of time, Jack Smith Glass & Sash, Inc. remains true to its roots as a family-run business. Three employees who have been with the company for over three decades continue to be an integral part of its success, bringing with them a wealth of experience and expertise.
