No matter what the size of your new construction project, Milgard's Montecito® Series vinyl windows are the right choice. Milgard's interior frame details such as shadow lines and mitered glazing bead enhance window aesthetics. Even sightlines between multiple combination windows deliver an architecturally pleasing look and improve serviceability.
- Available in a broad range of styles and sizes to fit a wide range of home styles.
- Extra detail creates shadow lines for added dimension, definition and a more authentic wood-like look.
- Three decorative trim options to visually enhance homes with brick, stucco or lap siding exteriors.
- May be built to meet or exceed ENERGY STAR® standards in all climate zones.1
- Custom-made — most at no extra charge or extended lead time.
- Includes industry-leading Full Lifetime Warranty.
- Award-winning SmartTouch® window locks and door handles feature one-touch operation.
- Full line of stylistically versatile Montecito® series vinyl new construction patio doors.
- Milgard extrudes its own vinyl to ensure superior quality, impact resistance and weather performance.
- Milgard's exclusive SmartTouch® locks and handles provide simpler operation through a design that has received the Arthritis Foundation Ease of Use Commendation. Lock provides instant visual confirmation on locked/unlocked status. Patent-pending SmartTouch door handle provides one-touch close-and-lock and unlock-and-open motion.
- Interior frame has shadow line and mitered glazing bead.
- Recessed tilt latch on double and single hung windows keeps window lines clean.
- Innovative folding operator on casement and awning windows provides sleek, polished appearance.
- Cleaner look with even sight lines. When using other Montecito windows to flank (or above and below) Montecito picture windows, frames align with a clean look similar to wood windows.
- Virtually maintenance-free vinyl frames that won't rot, peel or require paint.
- Energy efficiency choices include our standard SunCoat® Low-E insulating glass or the SunCoatMAX® option, which provides protection against fabric fading.
- Available with 3D® and 3D MAX® energy packages custom tailored to geographic locations.
- Nearly endless grid options (varies by location), including Simulated Divided Lite (SDL) grids for dimension and shadowing.
- Upgrade option to a premium screen. Milgard's PureView® window screens install and remove in a snap, and provide crisp and clear view with smaller yarns and finer mesh.
- Sliding doors and French-style sliding doors feature effortless operation and easy-to-adjust door panels with Milgard's state-of-the-art door rollers. Steel reinforcement beams deliver performance that meets California forced-entry codes, some of the toughest in the nation. Additional Glass Options – For even higher performance, Milgard offers these door and window glass options.
- Tempered – Tempered glass is extremely strong and often used for its safety characteristics. Not only is it extra strong, but when it breaks, it breaks into little pebble-like pieces without sharp edges. Tempered glass is ideal for reducing the likelihood of injury in the event of breakage in applications like patio doors, sidelites and bathroom enclosures for showers and tubs.
- Laminated – Laminated glass is highly effective in reducing noise. It also eliminates 99.9% of ultraviolet rays, providing the highest degree of protection from the sun for your home furnishings. Concerned about excessive outdoor noise? Get the utmost protection against noise with our Sound Control Windows.
- Argon/Air Mix – Optional argon gas, used between panes, is also available to further improve thermal performance.
