Diamond Rating

To earn the Web-Site Diamond, the dealer must have their own Web-site with information about the Milgard products and the services they sell.

To earn the AAMA Certified Diamond, the dealers must have at least one member from each of their installation crews complete the AAMA Installation Masters training and pass the AAMA Certified Install test.

To earn the Product Knowledge Diamond, all Dealer Sales Consultants must pass a series of standardized Milgard administered tests demonstrating Milgard product knowledge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SRC was fantastic throughout the entire process! We had SRC install our Milgard windows in September 2017. Every step in the process was a pleasure working with them. Ken was incredibly professional during the quoting process and knowledgable in all aspects of our Milgard windows. Brian and his crew were fantastic during the installation process. They made sure and protected our house, such as floors and siding, during installation, and thoroughly cleaned the work areas after installation. My wife and I were very impressed. We'd recommend them to anyone looking for windows. We will also use them for future work. As for the Milgard Tuscany windows... they are just superb. We hardly hear the train down the street now, the sliding patio door operates incredibly smoothly and the Smart Touch locks on the windows are great. We couldn't be more pleased with how the windows and patio door have turned out.

This dealer, from start to finish, had an unparalleled knowledge of the products and what would best meet our needs and budget. The installation crew was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. They were efficient and able to answer all my questions. They cleaned up at the end of every work day keeping my home in as clean a shape as one could ask for when replacing all the windows and two sets of sliding doors. This kind of quality and expertise, professionalism and knowledge is rare for a reseller these days. I can't just say I would recommend them, I would ENCOURAGE anyone looking for a Milgard dealer to contact SRC!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service for window installation SRC did a fine job from beginning to end, from the no-pressure but informative sales estimate to scheduling, installation, clean-up, and customer service. The workers were efficient, respectful, and also friendly, and there have been no problems with the installation. I have had to do quite a bit of work on my newly purchased older house, and I will say that SRC are one of the *few* companies I would recommend without reservation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This dealer was on time and answered all my questions The dealer, I am assuming was the man who came and gave me the quote. I would like to review the installer. The installer was extremely nice and friendly. Put drop-cloths on all my carpet so I never had to worry about stains. I wasn't happy with the sliding door because it was very difficult to lock. He came back twice to make it perfect. Two very hard-working men. I can't say enough nice things about the installers.
