Professional and On Time
Our home was a complex project that was completed professionally and on time. We had multiple doors converted to windows and almost every window replaced. The crew arrived on site on time and ready to go to work. We were thinking it would take several weeks. To our amazement our job was done in less time than expected, surpassing our expectations in quality and workmanship. The best part was that they cleaned up daily and it was like our house had always been this nice.

I thought this would be a miserable experience. Boy, was I wrong! Brian from Kemp came out within a day of my call, gave me an estimate and a lot of valuable information, and scheduled me six weeks out depending on delivery of the special windows I ordered. Three weeks later I got a call from Raoul that the windows were in, and four days later the windows were installed, the dust and bits of debris were cleared from my house and patio, and I was a happy customer. Raoul and his team were considerate and professional throughout the process and kept me informed of what was going on. I called Kemp on the recommendation of a friend and I couldn't be happier. To Patti in the office, Brian at the outset, and Raoul and his wonderful team, thank you! My house is 25 years old -- I will be a return customer!

Kemp's Windows are awesome!
I am absolutely thrilled with my new Milgard Windows installed by Kemp's Windows. This has been easy peasy from start to finish. Brett Kemp came to my home and explained the whole process and how it would and should be done according to Milgards specs for replacement Windows. He explained the vinyl siding needed to be removed and reinstalled as needed (not cut) to insure the proper seal and installation.
I had 6 bids, none of the other companies were going to remove the siding and two of the companies were going to remove the flange (on the new window) before installing. The bids went up to 15,000.00 for 9 Windows. Kemp's did the job better and at about half of my highest bid. They came out when they said they would, they did the job exactly like they said they would, and the results are beautiful!
The installers Dave and James were knowledgeable and did a great job! Thank You Kemp's Windows!
