Oustanding sales, installation, and service.
I would recommend Viewpoint to any of my friends or family. From the initial sales appointment and through the installation and follow-up process, Viewpoint's staff were professional, courteous, and skillful. Not to mention we love our Windows. They're efficient, gorgeous, and modern.

Lack of follow up dealer support for service/parts
I had no issues with the sales process and really do like the product but the follow up support after the sale was non-existent with this dealer. They indicated that they don't service what they sell and that "Milguard usually takes care of service issues so call them." Rather disappointed that they made me feel like an idiot for assuming that they'd have simple parts for a window line they sell. Not really the type of support I'd expect from a dealer. I suppose I'd use them is they were the cheapest price in the area but don't expect any local support, it'll be up to Milguard to help you out.

Outstanding service!
We found View Point Windows after several searches and reviews online. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in the window selection for our 15 year old home. From start to finish their customer service was awesome. We definitely would use View Point Windows again!

overall a wonderful experience
What a very knowledgeable bunch of people,from the salesman to the installers. They came to our house twice to measure, which was a 2 hr. drive one way. Very professional from start to finish, I would recommend them to anyone needing new or replacement windows. Very competitive pricing and always helpful. They also take care of you after the sale also. Jim

Style Line windows
In my many years working with custom home builders I have had the opportunity to deal with several different window brands and styles. Recently I had the opportunity to experience the Style Line which impressed me with it's ease of use, good looks and price point. I wish I had known about this window when I built my home last year as I would have used it instead...next home definitely.

Prodcution Builder
We are a large production builder in Boise and use Viewpoint Windows and Milgard exclusively. They are very professional and help us with design and cost ideas.
Our home owners demand the best products in the homes we build. Milgard windows adds to the mix with great looks and energy efficiencies. Viewpoint has made buying windows very easy. We have had great luck for years with both Milgard and View Point Inc.

Bye Bye Great Room Heat
We had our great room windows replaced. The salesman and installation crews were professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with them. I am very pleased with the difference in the comfort. It use to freeze when the sun went down and heat up like a magnifying glass during the day.
