I was very apprehensive about having our windows changed out. I thought it was going to be a huge hassle and I would be cleaning up after them for days.
After the install crew arrived at our house they immediately started placing drop cloths and making arrangements to protect our home. From then on they were courteous and respectful to my husband and I throughout the day. I was so excited about how clean they were all day long, that I didn't even notice how great the new windows looked in our home until the next day!
What an awesome job!!!

We had Texas Door and Window out to do a Retro job and it turned out very success in the short allotted time frame I gave them.

So glad we made the switch to Ty at Texas Door and Window in Weatherford for all our window and door needs. Milgard is an excellent product and we intend to use this company for all our future building projects.

Called twice for owner. Not available. Poor knowledge by staff. Ordered Milgard windows for new construction after much research. Specifically contacted Weatherford store for the good customer service portrayed by the e-mail and phone call from the store owner prior to placing my order. Claimed best customer service overall. Windows were scheduled to be delivered early morning. I was told the truck would leave at 6 am and it would take one hour travel time to site. At 9 am, no windows. When the windows finally arrived, unprotected, no plastic covering the glass as asked. They were unloaded, not in the covered garage as customary, but set in the dirt, not even a board to rest on, and left in the elements, not secured to the wall by anything. They were left leaning against the outside of the house on the street side. The foreman of the crew at the site told me he offered to help unload the windows in the garage where they would be protected but was turned down by the store owner. Not one phone call by the owner when the windows were delivered. I was assured the owner would be on site at delivery to oversee everything and that he would personally be there to make sure the windows were installed properly to validate the warranty. I ask you, does this seem like the behaviour of someone who cares about customer satisfaction? I have been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and I would not, nor have I ever given poor customer service to any of my patients or their families and I have the testimonies of former patients and excellent evaluations to prove it. It's not just a pay check to me! Why wouldn't you care about the reputation of your own business? If you don't care about quality, why do you have a business?
