Trinsic Series modern single hung vinyl window

Single Hung
Trinsic Series single hung windows open and close easily in an up and down motion with the redesigned SmartTouch® window lock and handle that is unique to this series. The new hardware practically disappears from view when closed, keeping the contemporary feel of the series intact.

Trinsic Series modern horizontal slider vinyl window

Horizontal Slider
Horizontal slider windows open and close easily without protruding into exterior walkways. The SmartTouch® window lock, specially redesigned for Trinsic Series, offers a new modern look with a squared-off profile that blends into the frame. SmartTouch makes it easy to unlock and open your window with a single motion.

Trinsic Series modern double horizontal slider vinyl window

Double Horizontal Slider
A double horizontal slider (also known as a double vent) allows you to open your window from both sides with a fixed sash in the middle. This operating style also utilizes the SmartTouch® window lock with a squared-off modern profile that practically disappears from view.

Trinsic Series modern casement vinyl window

Casement windows are hinged on one side and open outward like a door. They can provide ample ventilation in any room. The crank handle folds and nests when not in use for a clean look. This operating style works well on upper floors, or those with no exterior spaces without walkways.

Trinsic Series modern awning vinyl window

Awning windows are the perfect solution for hard to reach areas of your home. The window is hinged on top to open outward. This enables ventilation while keeping the weather outside. They open and close with the turn of a handle. Consider pairing them below Trinsic Series picture windows.

Trinsic Series modern picture vinyl window

Trinsic Series picture windows let you maximize your view with no obstructions. They do not open, so consider pairing them with operable windows to enjoy both daylight and ventilation in your home.

Trinsic Series modern radius vinyl window

Radius windows have a rounded top, which can break up the hard edges of a room and even add whimsy. Consider this window style for full circles, half circles or arch shapes. Radius windows can be operable or inoperable, to suit your exact needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good windows These are good window and they look lovely from the inside of the house. from the outside of the house they look glued on and very plastic. This might be the contractor's fault not the window but still the look bothers me. The sound level is not as I had hope either. I had one french door put in several years ago and it was the higher end Milgard. If I were to do it over again I would go with the higher end windows.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features Loved my new Milgard Trinsic Window. I have Milgard windows in my home and never replaced the old one due to a window a/c Since I added this one, it was a nice change to see the features open/close open for breezeway. I'm impressed once again by Milgard.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GREAT LOOKS AND SOME GOOD FEATURES Ours were installed May 3rd 2019 save "MEASURING MISTAKES" ON Kitchen Window ... still not installed, and bathroom window was "CLEAR AND NOT FROSTED GLASS". MADDENING THE WAIT. Should have all been done by now. Can't complain about quality of windows or outstanding job by the installers, but sure would have liked it a lot better if care in measurements and bathroom had the frosted glass it was supposed to have. This has created and inconvenience for us that we have to live with until corrections are made. We know the correct sized kitchen window will be installed sometime in early June along with the frosted glass, but it doesn't make one feel any better having to wait and additional three, four or five weeks to complete the job. Otherwise we're happy with the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage product If I could give Milgard negative stars, I would. I let my contractor and his rep talk me into Milgard to replace my windows and sliders and what a nightmare. The new Trinsic series casement window was produced with a defective part that caused the windows to bow. They were difficult to install because the frames were bowed, thus increasing my installation cost. All of the casement windows and several others have had to be replaced or repaired and over 4 months after placing the order, we're still trying to get fully functioning/not defective windows. Customer service has been persistently rude and made scheduling the repairs difficult. The windows themselves, while advertised as sleek and modern, are just chunky typical vinyl frames (they were so new we weren't able to see them in a showroom in our area, just the pictures online). At the time we purchased, Milgard was offering a rebate to homeowners. I filed for my rebate at the end of January, which was to take 8-10 weeks to arrive. We started calling Milgard after 12 weeks to inquire about our rebate. It took half a dozen phone calls before a response. 3 weeks ago, we were told they made an error and were expediting our rebate within 2 weeks. Half a dozen additional phone calls later, no response, no rebate, still have defective windows. Horrible experience, horrible company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good windows POOR service I bought these Milgard windows through Lowes. The worse experience ever! They started the install in March and its May and they are still not a finished job. Had several issues with receiving the windows from Milgard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very cleanliness. Great Mid Century fit. Very happy with the windows themselves, also the timeless Warrenty. The Lowes portion, not so much. Waited way to long, no customer service and/or follow up. We had to act as our own salesperson and customer care person. We were told we got the best install team. We did not. Windows not installed correctly and also again, no own came to see the poor job. With all this said, these are a great new line and would recommend to all.... USMC/USAF Ret.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great low-profile locks We replaced all of our old aluminum-frame windows with Trinsic windows, and we're very happy with them. The lock on the sliders is great, it fits flat into the frame so you can barely see it. However, the vinyl frame on these windows is only slightly smaller (3/8") than the Tuscany series windows we were considering; I wouldn't call it a "narrow frame." I think for picture windows I might have preferred a style that does NOT have even sight-lines, so as to minimize the vinyl frame width. But we do like the simple style of these windows, and they seem well constructed. They slide well, and keep noise out and heat in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great viewing area The windows look terrific and the smaller frame allows for more viewing area. The jury is still out on the hardware as it seems bizarre for the handles to open in different directions on opposing sides. They are a bit difficult to operate for that reason.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy open Love all the windows. Only problem we ran into was during a very heavy rain, our slider rails overflowed with water so we had to place towels to absorb the water. Otherwise we love them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Craftsmanship Windows came filthy and the vinyl was scuffed. Size of the windows were all off by up to a 1/4” from what was provided. Screen material was loose and had to redu them. The craftsmanship looked as if they tried to build them as fast as possible and it shows. Lastly had to deliver twice because they forgot to load all the pieces the first time. This isn’t what you would expect for the price you pay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful windows, great service! I've had my 7 new windows for 2 weeks. From the first day, I noticed that the furnace did not come on nearly as often, it was much quieter in my house, and no more drafts from ugly old windows. They look beautiful too. The installer from Windows Only did a terrific job and the owner and another representative called to check to see if there were any problems or anything else they could do. Very happy with windows and Windows Only company!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Impressed We ordered 12 windows, 8 Trinsic and 4 Tuscany Double Hungs. We wanted all Trinsic but they do not offer a double hung in this series. On the plus side, the windows open and close smoothly and easily and the locks work except for one as noted below. Cons: 3 of the 8 windows are custom configured. The largest window is 9x5' and includes 2 small awning windows over a small picture window on each end and 1 large picture window in the middle. The overall window is nice, however, the awning windows are not square in their hole and the gasket around the outside looks like a pre-schooler installed it. Instead if taking the gasket and starting from one bottom corner and going all the way around and ending at the far bottom corner, it is badly spliced together on some corners. I'm hoping our installer can fix this and fix the windows not sitting squarely in it's hole. My second complaint is with the two other custom window configuration we ordered. These are a large picture window with a single side slider on the top. The entire frame is to allow a slide window, however, they do not have any type of covering over the gap on the picture window portion so you can see the screws and screw holes on the sides. Looks very tacky. We had a similar window in our previous house from another manufacture and the windows were amazing, finished nicely and looked like expensive windows of which they were not. Milgard windows are expensive windows that look tacky and cheap. 3rd - This turned out to be a minor issue but one of these windows the top slider would not lock at all. Turns out it was missing shims between the slider and the picture window within the main frame so the middle frame was sagging. Our installer was able to fix that, but why should he have to? On the rest of the Trinsic windows, from the outside you can see the gap between the outside frame and the window frame is uneven, welds are bad and all this make the windows look cheap. My husband can fix the uneven gaps with caulking but why should he have to?
