Good windows but some issues
The windows of our new house for the most part appear to be of good quality although there are some issues. When they arrived two of the single hung windows had the wrong glass in the bottom unit. This was replaced in a short time frame. These two windows additionally did not come with the screens in place. After three months of repeated requests of our contractor and the Foxworth sales rep, they still have not arrived. Some additional issues are there are a few places where clear silicon used in assembly from the factory is/was smeared on the windows inside and out. Most has been removed by the owners but some signs of this sloppy work remain. Additionally the screen door used on the 60" x 90" patio door dose not work smoothly and jumps the tracks even with all four rollers adjusted to full height. I would hope that a roller with a longer adjustment can be made available. Our main issue at this time remains the lack of follow through on screens being provided and if this remains this way it will be hard to recommend your product to a friend.
