To earn the Showroom Diamond, the dealer must have a showroom with a minimum number of Milgard products on display.

To earn the Web-Site Diamond, the dealer must have their own Web-site with information about the Milgard products and the services they sell.

To earn the AAMA Certified Diamond, the dealers must have at least one member from each of their installation crews complete the AAMA Installation Masters training and pass the AAMA Certified Install test.

To earn the Product Knowledge Diamond, all Dealer Sales Consultants must pass a series of standardized Milgard administered tests demonstrating Milgard product knowledge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cant say Enough about the Service I ordered a 3 panel and 4 panel door from Milgard. Diane was my contact and she has been amazing through this entire process. She was always so patient as we decided on the door and always had the answers to my questions. Milgard had some delivery issues but Diane was on top of it and was always apologetic and went above and beyond! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

They helped me understand the process and were super clear about everything. The window arrived on the exact day they said it would and pickup was painless.

After having tried other local suppliers, both specialty and big box chain stores, for my door and window needs, I was left wanting for a company that could do more than haphazardly read a computer screen and price gouge for "special orders". Warren at The Window & Door Shop has been an absolutely spectacular find! He and his staff not only know their products, they are able to think outside the box, and they have a very high attention to detail. Their customer service is top notch, both at the professional (contractor) level and to the homeowners that I occasionally send to his showroom. If you want competent, courteous, knowledgeable service with competitive pricing, The Door & Window Shop is where you want to go!

We were most impressed by their responsiveness when a window was broken due to vandalism, he sends his staff over to review the damage and order the replacement quickly. Very good work and very responsive.
