Diamond Rating

To earn the Showroom Diamond, the dealer must have a showroom with a minimum number of Milgard products on display.

To earn the AAMA Certified Diamond, the dealers must have at least one member from each of their installation crews complete the AAMA Installation Masters training and pass the AAMA Certified Install test.

To earn the Product Knowledge Diamond, all Dealer Sales Consultants must pass a series of standardized Milgard administered tests demonstrating Milgard product knowledge.

They always answered my questions in a timely manner and definitely showed how knowledgeable they are about their products. I was most impressed with how they treated me as if I was their #1 customer. I felt very well taken care of and I could not be more happy with my experience. Thanks again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only place to go for window and door needs Dealing with Rick and his staff at WindowStar it's easy to see that they are driven by customer satisfaction. The service you receive does not stop when you write the check. They continue to follow up all the way through the project.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT IMPRESSED After doing research and saw that Windowstar had 5 star reviews, we decided to give them a call to come out and measure our windows and sliding doors and possibly installing a moving wall. Before we agreed to a date and time, we let them know we're located in North Phoenix and if that'd be a problem. We were told no it wouldn't. However the day and time came and passed. We called and left a message to see if something came up and if they wanted to reschedule...NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!! As I'm cleaning out our junk mail, I see an email from them requesting measurements of our windows and they'd give us a guestimate on them. Really?! If you don't service our area or didn't want our business, you should of been upfront. Well, with 15 windows and 3 sliding doors Windowstar lost a $30,000 + job. YOUR LOSS!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!! They aren't upfront or dependable. I'd go elsewhere....
