To earn the Showroom Diamond, the dealer must have a showroom with a minimum number of Milgard products on display.

To earn the Web-Site Diamond, the dealer must have their own Web-site with information about the Milgard products and the services they sell.

To earn the AAMA Certified Diamond, the dealers must have at least one member from each of their installation crews complete the AAMA Installation Masters training and pass the AAMA Certified Install test.

To earn the Product Knowledge Diamond, all Dealer Sales Consultants must pass a series of standardized Milgard administered tests demonstrating Milgard product knowledge.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GOT WHAT I WANTED!! I am a single mom who struggles paycheck to paycheck, so new windows was a very big deal, and a serious investment for me. Dallas was by far the most reasonable in price, but were also the only company who offered an idea to salvage my favorite window that was original to the house. I am so happy I went with Dallas! Not only were they patient with me and my questions and concerns, Cam and Drew were awesome to have in my home for the installation. They were kind, considerate, and respectful. I am thrilled with the results- makes my little 1940's bungalow look like a different house! I would absolutely recommend Dallas Glass to anyone looking to replace their windows. THANK YOU!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bully's Getting the window ordered and a time scheduled was decent. Crew showed up 20 minutes early and balked when I asked if I could get dressed before they started. When I asked them to mask inside my home they became downright hostile. I had to ask the one physically in my home to wear the mask on his mouth and nose, not chin. And once they took the glass out, none of them put a mask on while they worked 6 inches from inside my home. There was zero communication and I felt bullied and threatened by a crew I was paying to provide a service to me! When I called and spoke with Caleb (the residential supervisor) I explained all this too him. His reply, "How does the window look?" Forget this company! Customer service is horrible! It's not about whether there is or isn't a virus or what anyone's opinion is on the matter. It's MY house! My property. And I have a right to request masking from complete strangers while they work in and around my home. Never, EVER, again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor customer service and follow up They are either overworked, understaffed, or don't care I am not sure which one it is. I had to repeatedly call them to follow up on quotes, scheduling, and installation. The initiative to call the customer to tell them what is going on is just on there. One of the reasons we choose them was because they offer the Oregon Energy Trust rebate. The sent me the final bill before the even completed the paperwork. When called and asked about I was told it would be sent by email. It was not. Timeline - Original request for quote May 8th, site visit May 14th, quote received May 28th, quote finalized and deposit paid June 5th, was told it was a three week lead time on the windows. After several emails and found calls finally able to get on the install scheduled for July 27th. The finished the install of 7 windows and two french doors on August 4th. However, they had the wrong hardware for the doors. August 13th they put the correct hardware on but the deadbolt and door locked not the same locking orientation. One is vertical, dead bolt, and one is horizontal, door lock, on both doors. On August 18th they sent the final bill but have complete the Oregon Energy Trust paperwork.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Customer Service and finish work Aaron was our first point of contact. He knew the product and provided product information for making an informed decision. The installers were professional and respectful of timing and making sure everything was clean as if they were not even there. The new windows are great and the utility bill is lower.
