As a Milgard Certified Dealer, you have a profile page that provides more in-depth information about your business to prospective consumers. We pre-populate content on your profile pages so it is always complete. However, dealers who edit their profile page through the Milgard Customer Portal – can we hyperlink this to the portal? see higher engagement and referrals from milgard.com outside of participation in the Milgard Lead Program.
Ways to enhance your profile page:
- Update your company bio with an overview of your business. Showcasing your experience, qualifications, and the services you offer is a great starting point.
- Ability to add company logo, project photos, hours of operation too
- Share any awards or notable accolades. Did you win a Best of Houzz, or are you a top-ranked installer on Angie's List? Recognition from these consumer-focused review sites helps reinforce your status as a trusted Milgard Dealer.
- Earn more reviews and have your customers share their experiences! Remember, all reviews are good for business. A negative review that is responded to publicly and constructively can increase a consumer's choice to do business with you, even if a competitor has only 5-star reviews. If you get a negative review, work with your Milgard Marketing Representative to have a formal response posted through our system.
