Our unique Full Lifetime warranty is clear, easy to understand and comes with the best support in the industry. We’ll repair or replace any defect in materials or workmanship and will pay the costs of all parts and labor as long as the product purchaser is a homeowner.

Full Lifetime Warranty Details

  • Milgard will repair or replace any defect in materials or workmanship and will pay the costs of all parts and labor for as long as the purchaser owns his home.
  • This applies to residential products installed after 1/1/2012 in the U.S. and after 1/1/2011 in Canada. Some exclusions may apply.
  • Coverage extends 10 years from the install date of the original warranty to the successive owners, free of charge.

What products are covered?

  • The Milgard® Full Lifetime Warranty applies to windows and patio doors under the Tuscany® Series, Montecito® Series, Style Line® Series, Ultra™ Series, Essence Series® and Aluminum Series.
  • Glass Breakage Coverage is included on Tuscany® Series, Essence Series®, and Ultra™ Series products.
  • Moving Glass Wall Systems have a ten (10) year limited warranty.

How do I find my warranty?

  • Your Milgard Certified Dealer will provide you with a copy of your warranty completion of your window and patio door installation.
  • Be sure that you, or your Milgard Dealer, registers your warranty after the installation is complete so that we have your information on file if you ever need service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service I purchased window at Home Depot and it was shipped to store but was damaged. I was not impressed with the way Milgard packages their windows for shipment. It seems that Milgard could do a much better job which would maybe prevent situations like mine from occurring. Just a suggestion Anyhow, the battle to replace window and receive discount was with Home Depot. They were a little suborn at first but finally agreed to reordering the custom window me to replace the damaged one. But question what? The second window from Milgard was in worse damaged shape that the first one. Finally one of the receiving Dept employees at Home Depot suggested that she call Milgard to have them replace the already installed first window glass that was scratched. What a great plan!!! That’s where Milgard came through, replaced the glass and finally after all delays the window job is done!!!! To women at Home Depot .... thanks for heads up. To managers at Home Depot.... could of followed women in receiving dept lead by thinking on toes about how to solve. To Milgard.... thanks for solving problem. Thanks to service guy that came out. Great job!!!! Overall experience well.

I purchased 15 brand new windows and it took over 2 months to schedule an appointment for repair on one faulty latch which ended up being a three-minute job. Lack of options on service day was horrible, you were only able to choose a Wednesday in my area. The rep that came out was very friendly and fixed it quickly and made sure all my other new windows were functioning properly. I also purchased a sliding glass wall and was cancelled without notice which put me over a month behind on my new construction build while they figured things out. A sliding glass wall and 15 windows total purchase you think you would get better customer service instead of the run around and over a month wait on a simple latch service and a month delay on a high dollar glass wall slider.
