Picture windows do not open making them commonly used in rooms where additional light is needed, but the area is difficult to reach. Picture windows can be designed in triangular shapes, angled at the top (trapezoidal) or pentagon tipped, in addition to standard rectangular or square shapes.

Once You Go Milgard,You Don't Back!
We love our windows. We remodeled a Mid Century Ranch using the black Ultra series,and now the house looks Spectacular. During the renovation we received so many compliments on the windows. Definitely a stand out in the neighborhood now!

Had seven windows and two patio sliders installed 7/12/19 replacing the fourty-five year old originals. As expected the difference is great. They are beautiful and make a statement with the crimson exterior color. Only one issure with one screen that the seller is taking care of. Even the installers kept saying "man these are nice windows"! I'm sure they will last longer than I do! Thanks Milgard!!!

Love the Black Bean Frame
Installed for a new build. Interior and exterior in black bean, casement, picture, slider windows. It's a strong and durable framing and the casement mechanism looks durable. One thing to note since various trades that have come through after window installation:drywall, paint, finish carpentry etc, somehow a few nicks occurred in the window frame. In black bean, the white specks show up and it looked like paint specks but i learned sadly it was the black bean baked paint had been nicked through to show the white underlying structure. I did not notice until the windows and house was CLEANED from the construction dirt/debris. I love the look of the frame and did not install additional trim inside the window openings.

Abosolutely amazing
Just got this window installed and I could not be happier with the result. I have looked at many windows and my wife and I decided to this one out. The biggest difference between most windows and this one was the look of the frame. You can tell the quality if far superior to most windows. I will never recommend anything but milgard
